Worship leader and songwriter Tiffany Hudson will release her solo debut album, Hidden Here, on July 21st. Celebrating the new project, Hudson has released the title track today along with a music video for “Hidden Here.” Listen here and watch the music video below.

As an award-winning songwriter (“Graves Into Gardens,” “Wait On You,” “Never Lost,” among others), a member of the GRAMMY Award-winning group Elevation Worship, and a worship leader at Elevation Church, Hudson didn’t dream of having a solo artist career. It wasn’t until she felt an invitation from the Lord in early 2022 that she even considered releasing her own songs.

“After a season of what felt like a creative drought, I sat down at my piano and felt the Lord begin to download songs and themes that felt very important to Him,” explains Tiffany Hudson. “This began a journey of sitting with Him, writing, co-writing, and desiring to write on the things He had placed in my heart. I pray that these different themes and sonic treatments would ultimately lead the listener to the true treasure at the end of all this–Jesus.”

Hidden Here will be released on Elevation Worship Records (home to Elevation Worship and ELEVATION RHYTHM). This project highlights a personal and devotional style with the various sonic elements weaved throughout the album. The title track draws on poppy musical elements and inspiration from the scripture from Psalms 91 encouraging us to remain hidden in Christ.

She adds, “‘Hidden Here” deals with the tension we face in desiring to be seen and known by others. I often think of the secret place when referring to hiddenness. The time with God that no one else sees is often the most sacred and holy. There is such a priceless value in remaining under the shadow of the Almighty. I pray it encourages the listeners to remain hidden in Him and find their true reward in Him. We don’t find our reward in external things like opportunity or acknowledgment, but we find, in the hidden place, that Jesus himself is our reward.”

Hudson’s solo debut also features special guest appearances from worship leader Steffany Gretzinger, Mitch Wong, and Joe L Barnes. The project is produced by Josh Holiday, Bubele Booi, and Jason Ingram.

“More Than Able,” led by Chandler Moore and Tiffany Hudson, was penned by Moore along with Steven Furtick, Ben Fielding, and Naomi Raine. The powerful anthem sings,

“I don’t know what it is about age, but it can talk you out of a lot of things,” Elevation Worship’s Chris Brown shares. “Growing older can have you start playing it safe, getting comfortable enough with your life that you begin to operate in your own strength, or maybe even cause you to no longer believe God for greater things because you stopped remembering all that He’s done for you, or you’ve quit paying attention to how He’s in the rhythms of life with you.”

Brown continues, “But the truth is, God is still writing your story, so don’t give up believing Him for more. You don’t have to have it all figured out, you don’t have to know how it’s gonna turn out, just trust that God is in the details of your life working all things together for your good.”

The anticipated release of “More Than Able” follows their latest single, the No. 1 commanding worship hit “Same God,” featured on their GRAMMY-nominated album LION. Their 14th career project was recognized in the “Best Contemporary Christian Music Album” category, which they won the previous year for Old Church Basement, their live collaboration album with Maverick City Music.
