Forrest Frank Opens Up About Miraculous Healing Of Broken Back
GRAMMY-nominated, Dove Award-winning breakout artist Forrest Frank has been taking social media by storm, sharing updates following a skateboarding accident caught on video in which he suffered fractures of the L3 and L4 vertebrae in his back.
Forrest Frank channeled his pain into creativity with his new viral song “God’s Got My Back” and documented the intimate and vulnerable process of crafting music from bed in videos that have amassed over 42M combined views. The song became Atlantic Music Group’s top U.S. streaming debut with 2M worldwide streams in just one week.
Next came “Lemonade,” a chart-topping collab that came out of organic and fun Instagram chats between Frank and The Figs, proclaiming healing and joy amid pain. The song quickly hit No.1 on both iTunes Overall Genre and Christian Songs charts.
Now, Forrest has shared that exactly 2 weeks after suffering these serious injuries, he has witnessed miraculous healing. He posted on Instagram that he was shocked to find one morning his pain was gone, and when he went for updated x-rays, he says there was no sign of fractures in his back any longer.
“I’m pretty much convinced God would’ve healed me day 1 from all these prayers, but He wanted these songs & this testimony come to life. Regardless, I’m here for it all…ruined for the ordinary. THANK YOU JESUS,” Forrest Frank posted on Instagram.
Frank recently opened up about the broader context of how he has seen God moving in his life while being on break following his completely sold-out “Child Of God II” Arena Tour. He says the Holy Spirit has been moving him to capture and share his journey in the music industry, and he hopes he may inspire others to give their lives to Jesus like he did.
