ICF Worship had wanted to make a new instrumental album for a long time – one that people could use for moments of intimacy with the Lord – and they are starting 2023 with ‘Moments’.

This piano-led project features some of their most-loved songs from past and recent albums, rearranged to create instrumental melodies to inspire and enrich time spent in the presence of God.

ICF Worship created a stripped back album for anyone longing for moments of peace in everyday life. ‘Moments’ also highlights older worship songs for listeners to rediscover them in a new light.

Award-Winning singer/songwriter ADIA, has just released her newest album, Hold it All Together. Famously known for her collaborations with some of gospel music’s biggest names including Pastor Mike Jr., Kierra Sheard, and Deitrick Haddon, ADIA is one of the industry’s fastest rising stars.

Her newest project, Hold it All Together is sleek R&B sound that gives a new take on what gospel music can be presented to the world. When asked about her inspiration, ADIA says, “This is a very special transparent project for me. I really dug deep on this project as a songwriter. I share my pain, joy, insecurities and liberation.” She continues, “I invite the listener to have a glance at who God has been to me and hopefully empower them to believe that God can ‘Hold it All Together’ for them as well.”

When asked about being a solo artist, she says, “It’s both terrifying at exciting! I have been a solo artist as well as a professional background vocalist for over ten years now. There is always a different level of responsibility and anxiety that comes with being out front but I believe God prepared me for this and I am ready to walk in all he is calling me to be.” She also adds, “A famous pastor once said, ‘It doesn’t have to be either or, sometimes God is calling you to be BOTH, AND’ and I believe I am walking into my ‘both and’ season.”

Nigeria Indigenous gospel music minister, songwriter and talented worship leader, Okungbowa Olushola Victoria popularly known as Shola Okungbowa has released her debut album titled “My Life”.

According to her, “the 5 track album is a testimony of the faithfulness of God and the songs are just proof of God’s consistent help upon my life. I have grown to know that when your life is in the hands of God, it makes all things easy for you. God has indeed been faithful to me and the songs are just to let Him know how grateful I am”, she said.

She is also an author with her most recent book “The Wait is Over”.

Wichita’s JJ McGuigan follows his critically acclaimed 2015 EP “Dissociative” with his first new music in 7 years. McGuigan is an advocate for mental health causes.

Dayton, Ohio musician Pete Price is known for his multifaceted musical career that spans multiple decades. He has now released a thought-provoking new album “Department of the Interior.”

Reflecting on the most visceral aspects of the human reality, Dayton, Ohio musician, singer and songwriter Pete Price has now released his first full-length album. Released in March 2022, “Department of the Interior” combines blues, americana, and rock genres and provides an intriguing collection of tracks that includes everything from rockers and bangers to ballads and introspective songs. Drawing comparisons to Jackson Browne’s “The Pretender” album, Pete Price is also influenced by legendary artists such as Neil Young, James Taylor, and Simon and Garfunkel.

The album title “Department of the Interior” comes from Pete Price’s inner reflection on the juxtaposition of physical, spiritual and emotional elements that each human possesses within themselves. With an attempt to understand the natural order and the role humans play in it, Pete Price has created a timeless album.

“Department of the Interior” was recently named one of the Best Dayton Album Releases of 2022 by Dayton.com. 

Price began recording his 12-song album in Nashville early in 2021, beginning with the song, “One More Time” at Direct Image Studios with Ken Royster as sound engineer. The Nashville studio musicians Price used have recorded many hit records with top artists such as Taylor Swift, Kenny Chesney, Luke Combs, and other well-known musicians. Price also recorded 4 songs for his album in Dayton with Gary King at Dayton Sound Studios.

A live version of the album, recorded at the CD Release party, will be released later this year.

Having started his musical career in the late 1980s, Pete Price joined The Fries Band in early 1992, servings as the band’s lead guitarist for more than 30 years. In addition to his notable work with The Fries Band, Pete’s independent musical endeavors have created a cult following of their own, while also receiving critical acclaim. Rising gospel minister, Bimbo Ponmile has unlocked her long-awaited second studio body of work tagged, ‘Father’.

This comes on the heels of her previously unveiled solo 4-track project, ‘Comforter’ which was released in the latter of 2021.

Through her debut project, Abimbola navigated melodious congregational grooves with a finesse she claims stems from her goal to ‘heal cracks with the instrument of worship.’

She described the project as a feeling of fulfilment – laying emphasis on purpose and assignment.

She also noted, “Seeing the process of creating the album, and all I went through… I feel so honoured to be used by God to make such an impactful piece.”

People described the singer and her project as “a gifted artiste who possesses an intense style of music delivery, which through her solo praise and worship sessions, captures a moment of unifying and distributing healing through her words.”

With an evident display of versatility, Bimbo made her way into the hearts of many music lovers, spawning the results with live ministrations and performing alongside gospel heavyweights like Laolu Gbenjo, and Yinka Alaseyori among others.

In contrast to Comforter which sheds light on how she sees her maker, Bimbo reveals her new project, “Father” encompasses a side of God she has enjoyed and his position in her life.

“This album has my divine and unique sound on it. It encompasses all I have been through. Most importantly the last Album was about who I am to God, this one represents who God is to me.

“This is something different. I have a broader musical scope compared to when I made my first album and I bring that to bear on this new album. If you thought that first album was great, wait till you hear this one,” she explains.

On this eight-track project, guest appearances include, Reverend Deji Olabode, Tkeys, KI, and Toba Oluwaponmile.
