The lyrics in Wande’s new single, “They Didn’t Know II,” celebrate young, bold, and unashamed Christians and talks through personal challenges she experienced early in her faith. “Many people don’t know how powerful making a choice to follow God is,” shares Wande. “Choosing Christianity at a young age changed my life and music for the better. I’ve discovered that when God fights for you, you move different! When you’re on your faith journey, especially when you’re young, it’s hard for people who aren’t on it with you to understand the transformation you’re experiencing. In the lyrics for her newest single, “They Didn’t Know II,” she rhymes, “They be thinking I’m crazy, but look what He did. I gave Him my life He changed how I live. Despite the global COVID-19 pandemic, she’s had a successful entry into the industry. Her single “Blessed Up” was selected by Michelle Obama for Spotify playlist. “Woo” was featured in the viral marketing campaign for Apple’s iPhone 12 mini which garnered over 4.5 billion views on TikTok.

Her afro-beat influenced, “Come My Way,” (ft. Teni, Toyé) from Reach Records’ Presents 116 Summer ’20 Playlist was featured in ULTA’s SoundCloud campaign. Cultivating a relationship with the beauty retailer is important for Wande who is exploring launching her own beauty and fashion line. Additionally, her music streamed in the WNBA’s 2020 Draft promotion, Lena Waithe’s BET Production “Twenties,” and her song “Be the Light” ft Evan & Eris was also ESPN’s Music of the Month feature.

Her single, “Don’t Worry Bout It” ft Atlanta based up and coming rapper, Porsha Love, was nominated for “Best Spiritual Record” at the A2IM Libera Awards. Wande is a 2X Libera Award Nominee. The music video for the single went viral on Facebook with over 1.5 million views in 45 days and the single is already at over 2.2 million streams.

Atlanta-based hip hop artist Wande is going BIG with her newest single “Big God” (Reach Records) that dropped across all digital platforms. 

In the song, The WIN Brand founder touches on finding self worth and positive self image through lyrics like “I ain’t fearing no man what is he gon do, God above leave em shocked like it’s pikachu, see I’m walking by faith, that’s in spite of my fright, I ain’t gotta have sight…”

“Big God is a celebratory track to empower Christians to remember we serve a big and powerful God,” explains the Nigerian-born artist. “The track celebrates freedom in Christ using a playful energy to resemble the joy you can experience when walking with Him. Overall, the track empowers us to be excited about living life with a Big God and being unapologetically YOU.”

Its been two years since Reach Records introduced the world to the talents of Wande, where she also became the first female artist signed to the hip hop label. Highlighting a powerful group of fresh hitmakers, the label kicks off its first release with a double feature on March 5th, pairing the voices of Koryn Hawthorne and R&B artist Queen Naija, on the new track from Koryn Hawthorne, “Speak To Me (Queen Mix)” featuring Queen Naija.

Releasing on March 19th, a new recording between R&B star H.E.R. and Tauren Wells, who have collaborated on her song “Hold Us Together.” Originally a solo song by H.E.R. featured from the Disney+ film Safety, Wells joins H.E.R. to duet on the inspiring new single, in the co-artist release H.E.R. x Tauren Wells “Hold Us Together (Hope Mix).”

Marty of Social Club Misfits releases his second solo album Marty For President 2, a new 7 track project originally set to release June 5, 2020.

Featured artists on the album include Wande, GAWVI, Tommy Royale and Hollyn. Marty also revealed his desire for trying new things and how his favourite artists: Tyler, Mac Miller, Cudi and joji mused him into that path.
