[Download] Sunday Is Coming – Phil Wickham

Renowned singer, songwriter, worship leader and GRAMMY-nominee Phil Wickham has released a brand new single today, “Sunday Is Coming.” Available across all DSP’s today, this is Wickham’s second new single to be released in 2023.

“With this song we set out to tell the Easter story as best as we could in song. The story of the life, death and resurrection of Jesus is the greatest story ever told, and the best part about it is that it’s TRUE. This is Hope, this is salvation, this is love, this is the Gospel.

And it’s not just a story of something that HAPPENED, it’s also a story of what is still HAPPENING!🙌🏼 Every day people all over the world are calling on the name of Jesus and stepping into the resurrection victory that Jesus won!🙌🏼,” shared Wickham about the track.

He added, “I pray this song is used as a tool to point people’s eyes and hearts to Jesus. To move them to wonder and repentance and worship. As we near the beautiful Holy Week of Palm Sunday, Good Friday, and Resurrection Sunday may the reality and significance of it all hit you in big and profound ways. May you be reminded that Jesus is KING and forever will be. Amen. Hallelujah.”

[Music] Press Rewind – Munday Martin

WHY is Munday so different lately? What is the method to his madness to create a retro sound that seems to fit in so good with this younger generation? Munday Martin will drop his 16th single of said sound on St. Patrick’s Day, produced by Dove Award winner John Mark Painter (Fleming and John, The Grits, DC Talk, Randy Stonehill, Steve Taylor)

Munday asked the Lord a question in 2021. It was 20 years after full time missions to 34 countries and revival across America and the globe, ultimately leading to a tent revival that lasted 30 days near his home town… “How can I win more people to Jesus on a mass scale? How can I influence a new generation seeking for good in this world?” That is when the Lord directed him to go find the one and leave the 99 inside the four walls of churches and enter the music industry.

pressrewind

Recently a mother of a small child in Iceland who can barely spell made his Mom a picture of a cross she sent me and at the top of the cross were the words SUPER JESUS. This child listens to my songs every day and the family is now some of my most loyal and biggest fans.

Munday knew that if he can reach a small child across the globe through a song, then the potential is a double edged sword. Reach the child, reach the family.

From churches playing his songs, and secular radio stations, melodies are wooing hearts to a message of freedom from addictions, serenading broken hearted fatherless lambs, helping them find meaning in life where suicide plagues a love sick world.

Press Rewind – Munday Martin

In his new song “Press Rewind” he asks the question, “Why try to go back now to what’s comfortable, ministry and life as I knew it before, how will my fruit continue to grow and blossom like this?” Believe me it’s been tempting to try to go back to the old wineskin and even temptations in general. The whole body of Christ is tested even after salvation.

Yet how will the one fallen on the Jericho road find mending when all ignore him who pass by?We are needed at this hour.

Find out this and more and mark your calendars on St. Patrick’s Day as we don’t “Press Rewind,” but we gaze into the future of humanity and find reasons to seek their hearts and anchor their souls in Jesus. It’s going to take a revival to reach the church, but it’s going to take a renaissance to reach a culture!

[Music] Mitch Wong Shares New Version Of “Burial” Feat. Hope Darst

Mitch Wong is joined by Hope Darst to joyfully declare the miracle that comes after the burial — Jesus Christ alive in us! ‘Burial’ is an energetic Easter anthem that celebrates letting go of the old and becoming new creations in Christ. Mitch Wong, as a songwriter and an artist, is passionate about leading the Church back to the power of the Cross and the resurrection of Jesus.

“Working with Hope on this song was a dream come true,” he says. “During the years I was traveling to Nashville from Australia to write songs I would always visit The Belonging Co and was deeply ministered to and impacted by the way she leads worship with purity and authority. Now that we are good friends, it made it extra special to sing ‘Burial’ with her!”

The feeling was mutual as Darst shared her excitement to partner with Wong, “one of the greatest songwriters of our generation,” she said. “To follow Christ means that we must die, like Jesus, in order to live, and ‘Burial’ tells this truth so beautifully,” she adds.

The new version of ‘Burial’ offers a beautiful and harmonious rendition of a timely song for the Church to sing and meditate on at this time.

[Download] One Name – Naomi Raine

On Friday, June 2nd, 5x GRAMMY Award-winning artist Naomi Raine will release her stunning debut live record ‘Cover The Earth’ (TRIBL Records), which features a series of choir-filled performances recorded live from New York City and collaborations with 9x GRAMMY-nominee Natalie Grant, Chandler Moore (Justin Bieber, Maverick City Music), Todd Dulaney and Lizzie Morgan (Maverick City Music).

One Name – Naomi Raine

“‘One Name’ is about Jesus and my total reliance on him,” says Naomi. “Over the past few years, people have listened to my music, experienced my ministry, and have begun to know my voice and my name. I just wanted to release a song about The Name that’s higher than every other name in a world where there’s so much emphasis on the names of celebrities and brands.

I want to bring a message of hope, but not hope in me or my gifts, but in the God who gives them both freely and I pray that people find hope when they listen to the song.”

More than a collection of songs, ‘Cover The Earth’ is a full-blown worship experience full of upbeat and praise-worthy songs that blend pop, R&B and more, while delivering encouraging and uplifting messages across ten songs and four “flow” song transitions. The album was recorded in the heart of New York City and produced by Naomi with Adale Jackson.

Naomi will celebrate the release of “One Name (Jesus)” with two events, one in Jamaica on March 18th and one in South Africa on April 1st with more to be announced.

On ‘Cover The Earth,’ Naomi addresses how faith can free us from mental prisons (“Paul & Silas (At Midnight) [with Chandler Moore]”), fear (“Uncovering”), greed (“Costly”) and more, while also revealing the character behind her source of inspiration for the music.

Naomi also sings of the courage it takes to be a light in dark places on songs like “We Agree (Flow),” in which she boldly roots herself in her faith despite modern culture, proclaiming “we don’t care what the left or the right is saying ‘cause we agree with Heaven.”

“‘Cover the Earth’ is a project about the goodness of God, his kindness and faithfulness,” adds Naomi. “It is a call to action for those that love God to seek Him and spread the message of the gospel of Jesus Christ everywhere we go.”

Naomi’s debut live record follows her vulnerable album ‘Journey’ and its follow up ‘Journey: Acoustic Sessions,’ which were released in 2022.

In the past year, Naomi has performed on the BET Awards, GRAMMY Awards and more. The GRAMMY, NAACP, Stellar, BET, Billboard and Dove Award-winning artist is one of the top songwriters in the gospel genre, and starting this April, she’ll co-headlining the first-ever all-female worship tour, It’s Time Tour, alongside Tasha Cobbs Leonard, TAYA, Natalie Grant, Tamela Mann and others.
