The synth-heavy deluxe album finds brothers Joel and Luke Smallbone pledging to be the best versions of themselves for their wives, who each inspire them to strive for excellence every day. Acknowledging their faults, the men aspire to greater heights and stronger bonds, tracing a pattern of bold harmonies across more than three minutes of atmospheric rock. Says the Smallbones: “When you announce an album, you’re announcing a new era.

In some cases that era lasts for a year and a half to two years, and as artists, you realize that in that time there’s going to be new iterations that come about. The deluxe album takes everything that took place during that time and ties it all together. We feel that ‘WHAT ARE WE WAITING FOR? +’ is the culmination point of the last two years. It’s the ultimate version of the record.”

for KING + COUNTRY’s “What Are We Waiting For?” album received a GRAMMY nomination earlier this year for “For God Is With Us” featuring Hillary Scott of Lady A;  and was given their first-ever American Music Award win for “Favorite Inspirational Artist,” garnering the hit single feat. Jordin Sparks, “Love Me Like I Am”, hit the Top 10 on both Billboard and Mediabase’s Adult Contemporary charts.

The duo also recently announced “A DRUMMER BOY CHRISTMAS | THE 2023 TOUR EXPERIENCE” – their highly-anticipated annual holiday spectacle that features an extraordinary production, blending festive visuals and stunning lighting and staging effects, for a high-octane show that the brother duo has become known for.

[Music] None Like You – Open Heaven

Columbus, OH Open Heaven Band worship team releases their newest musical offering titled “None Like You.”  Recorded live at Faith Life Church, the single was produced by Scott Mearig and co-written by Titus Chang, Amy Freudiger, Zach Traylor, Erik Parise, and Alexis Keesee.  The song is available today on all digital retail and streaming service providers via DREAM Worship.

Worship Pastor Amy Freudiger explains the heart behind the song by saying, “During a time of prophetic worship we started spontaneously singing the bridge of this song. It was this incredible moment of ascribing God the worth and value He deserves.”

Later, the writing team got together for a Bible study and the rest of the song came. “We were sharing about attributes of God that we have experienced in our lives, and the song kept building from our collective experiences,” says Titus Chang, one of the writers. “We also read the scripture from 2 Samuel 7:22, which says, ‘Therefore you are great, O Lord God. For there is none like you, and there is no God besides you, according to all that we have heard with our ears.’”

Amy says, “We were talking about how no other pursuit or treasure in this life can come close to how awesome it is to serve the Lord. In that moment of seeking Him, we all were just worshipping along to this new song and getting emotional. I think we need more songs like this in the churches.”

Katy Nichole Announces ‘Jesus Changed My Life’ Deluxe Album With Single Feat. CAIN & David Leonard

Centricity Music’s RIAA Certified Gold®-selling, Recording Academy-featured Chartbreaker Katy Nichole announces that the first single from the deluxe edition of her GMA Dove Award-nominated debut album Jesus Changed My Life“Jesus, Thank You (feat. CAIN & David Leonard),” releases today (Sept. 15).

The single is the first of six songs, including four never-before-released originals, set to release on the deluxe version coming winter 2023/2024.

Sharing her music live for tens of thousands while on tour, Nichole’s “Jesus, Thank You (feat. CAIN & David Leonard)” fittingly launches five days ahead of her 33-city fall tour with the aforementioned artists that begins Sept. 20 in Baton Rouge, LA, and travels coast to coast. This leg of the tour follows in the wake of multiple sellouts and packed venues on these artists’ winter/spring run earlier this year.

“I have countless reasons to be thankful over the past few years,” shares Nichole. “One of the biggest of these is having the honor of meeting like-minded artists and then getting the opportunity to cultivate friendships, collaborate musically, and tour the country together. This new version of ‘Jesus, Thank You’ is very special and personal to me because I get to share this song with two of my favorite touring buddies, CAIN and David Leonard.”

“It has been so much fun to be out on tour with these guys this year,” echoes Leonard, who also produced the track, “and I’m super thankful we got to create a version of this song together!”

Continuing to release songs filled with the unabashed honesty and impeccable artistry that have made the 23-year-old one of Christian music’s fastest-rising talents, Nichole’s first three radio singles have all hit the top of the charts. The latest No. 1, “Hold On,” highlights Nichole’s personal story of holding on in her darkest moment. The song points to a bigger picture beyond what you can see in the moment; beyond the pain, beyond the struggle.

Along with the radio success, accolades continue to pour in for Nichole, including her becoming the most nominated female artist for the 54th Annual GMA Dove Awards.

Her four nods comprise New Artist of the Year, Song of the Year (“In Jesus Name (God of Possible)”), Pop / Contemporary Album of the Year (Jesus Changed My Life) and Pop / Contemporary Recorded Song (“God Is In This Story,” a duet with Big Daddy Weave).
