Enugu, Nigeria – Nigerian gospel artist and award-winning filmmaker Vic Matt (Victor Tobechukwu Okoli) has officially released his much-anticipated fourth single, “Standing Strong”, a stirring anthem that celebrates spiritual resilience, gratitude, and unwavering faith amid life’s fiercest battles.

Known for his purpose-driven storytelling in both film and music, Vic Matt channels the lived experience of many Nigerians into a moving lyrical journey that acknowledges struggle while embracing the grace that sustains through it all.

“This song was born from a place of pain, perseverance, and praise,” Vic Matt shares. “I’ve seen the economy tighten, dreams delayed, and personal losses—but through it all, I’ve seen God’s hand steadying me. That’s the story of many Nigerians. ‘Standing Strong’ is our collective testimony.”

“Standing Strong” follows Vic Matt’s growing catalog of inspirational singles:

• “Still God” – a declaration of faith in spite of circumstances
• “We Are the Light” – a bold call to identity and purpose
• “Sunshine” – a heartfelt reminder of joy in tough times

Now, with “Standing Strong,” Vic Matt elevates the message—affirming that despite all odds, divine strength keeps believers anchored and hopeful.

Vic Matt is also the founder of Vic Matt TV, a YouTube channel with over 371,000 subscribers, where he shares Christian-themed Nollywood films that echo his passion for clean, purpose-filled storytelling. His background as a content creator, producer, and spiritual voice gives his music extra weight, with each track acting as a tool for healing, reflection, and hope.

From humble beginnings—selling his business to buy a phone to start content creation—Vic Matt’s story is a mirror of tenacity, sacrifice, and calling. Today, he stands as a voice for dreamers who refuse to give up.
