Jordan St. Cyr Releases Debut Self-Titled Album
Singer and songwriter Jordan St. Cyr officially releases his debut full-length album. The self-titled project with BEC Recordings features âFiresâ and âWeary Traveler,â which goes into street week holding No. 1 at radio for the straight fifth week on the AC Indicator Chart.
âMy prayer for this album is that these songs would bring comfort and joy to those who hear them,â St. Cyr explains about the albumâs release. âIt is also my prayer that listeners would be more hopeful and open to the depths of Godâs love for them knowing that their circumstances are not a reflection of how God feels about them, rather that their circumstances would reveal the closeness and nearness of the Holy Spirit.â
Jordan St. Cyr has been able to share more about his new album with outlets such as the Matthew West Podcast, K-LOVEâs Skip & Amy After The Show, CFN/Catholic Faith Network, Todayâs Christian Entertainment, while more interviews are upcoming. An album review is also live with Jesus Freak Hideout, sharing, âThis truly is a solid pop record. Those in search of uplifting, up-tempo, and encouraging pop music need look no furtherâĶit appears that with his self-titled introduction that heâs just getting started, and given the impact and quality of the start, it wouldnât surprise if St. Cyr is around to stay.â
Jordan St. Cyr began the year being named the No. 2 Top New Christian Artist of 2021, according to Billboard, which also listed his song âFiresâ in four of the top year-end Christian songs charts. âFiresâ spent an astounding 45 weeks at radio and became a top 5 hit, while top charter âWeary Travelerâ continues to be added and heard on stations across the U.S., also climbing to No. 4 on the NCA Monitored and No. 5 on AC Monitored.
