Grammy-nominated breakout artist Forrest Frank made his biggest career chart debut this week with “c”, in collaboration with The Figs—meanwhile breaking records in Christian music.

“Lemonade” is currently No. 2 on several Billboard charts for its first charting frame, including the Hot Christian Songs, the Christian Streaming Songs, and the all-genres Digital Song Sales.

It also tops the Christian Digital Song Sales—Frank’s second consecutive leading debut on the chart, following last week’s “God’s Got My Back”.  Most significantly, the song is also hitting No. 77 on the Billboard Hot 100 and No. 17 on the Recorded Music New Zealand (RMNZ) Hot 40 Singles.

Excluding holiday-themed singles, this makes Frank the only Christian artist to receive two Hot 100 charted hits—let alone at the same time.  This also marks the first time that three Christian songs have appeared on the Hot 100 at once: “Lemonade” (No. 77), Frank’s own “Your Way’s Better” (No. 68, after a No. 61 peak), and the Brandon Lake and Jelly Roll collaboration “Hard Fought Hallelujah” (No. 87, after a No. 40 peak)

“Lemonade”, “God’s Got My Back”, and the most recent addition, “Selah”, each were inspired by a skateboarding injury, leaving Frank in bed for two weeks with a fractured back. “Lemonade” was spawned by a video from Youtubers Bailey Gillen and Micah Yoder—better known as The Figs—attempting to recreate Frank’s style in a humorous way.  After seeing the video and asking for a collaboration, Frank released the song as an official single on August 1, 2025—from there, it received significant streaming and digital sale attention.

“Lemonade” marks Frank’s personal biggest chart debut since first appearing on the scene in 2017—including the RIAA triple-platinum pop hit “Sunday Best” (2019). “Lemonade” debuted at No. 1 on iTunes’ overall song charts. The song is also the biggest Christian song debut of 2025.
