Charity Gayle Releases New Christmas Single “Emmanuel”
Acclaimed worship artist Charity Gayle ushers in the holiday season with the release of her brand-new single, “Emmanuel” (featuring her husband Ryan Kennedy), available everywhere today, October 17. The single coincides with her highly anticipated Christmas tour, Emmanuel – A Christmas Night of Worship, launching this December.
Produced and mixed by Kyle Lee and written by Tevia Alfter, Austin Alfter, David Gentiles, and Melanie Tierce, takes listeners on a journey through creation, redemption, and restoration, reminding us of the simple yet powerful truth: God with us.
Charity Gayle says, “When Ryan and I first heard ‘Emmanuel’ at a writers’ retreat with our dear friends, we walked through Scripture together and saw how God is with us throughout the entire story of the Bible. It’s such a blessing to know that He is not only with us but also for us. This song is really special to me because I believe we can have Christmas worship, songs that celebrate the birth of Jesus while drawing us closer to His presence.”
