Chris Tomlin To Release New EP & Launch Summer Tour

Grammy award winner Chris Tomlin is celebrating the beginning of summer with the announcement of new music and a new tour. On July 2nd, Chris will release the Chris Tomlin & Friends: Summer EP and on August 13th will kick off a 13-city amphitheater tour with Kari Jobe, Bethel Music, and special guest Cody Carnes. Tickets are on sale to the public on Friday, June 11 at 10am local time at christomlin.com and fans can sign up for the exclusive pre-sale now HERE.

“Over the last year I’ve come to realize that I have taken for granted the ability to gather together as the church in worship,” shared Chris. “Ever since I was young, I have felt a calling on my life to help give people a voice to worship God and for me, I can’t think of a more critical moment in time for us to come back together and worship… unified and as one voice. Worship is more than a concert, it’s about your soul connecting to God, it’s eternal and an opportunity to join in everlasting praise. To not only worship outside amidst God’s creation but to do it alongside some of the most influential worship leaders in the church right now is something I am honored to be a part of. This is truly going to be a moment of impact and one we will never forget.”

Chris previously spoke to Billboard about the friendships he built while making Chris Tomlin & Friends and his hope to take a step towards breaking down walls and smashing up the genres. The project featured 13 tracks with some of country music’s biggest superstars, including executive producers Florida Georgia Line, Lady A and Thomas Rhett as well as Russell Dickerson, Chris Lane, RaeLynn, Cassadee Pope and Brett Young in addition to Bear Rinehart of NEEDTOBREATHE, Blessing Offor and We The Kingdom. Chris performed one of the tracks of the project, “Thank You Lord”, which featured Florida Georgia Line and Thomas Rhett, on the Today Show and The Late Late Show with James Corden as part of promo for the album.

As one of the most successful Christian touring artists today, Chris will launch the amphitheater tour this August which is currently slated for 13 cities running through September 3. Chris’ headline tours have sold-out venues everywhere, including New York City’s Madison Square Garden, Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena, Red Rocks and many more. [Album] God Made it Beautiful – Jason Clayborn And The Atmosphere Changers

Grammy-nominated songwriter and singer Jason Clayborn and his incredible group, The Atmosphere Changers, have just released their brand new album, “God Made it Beautiful” and its available now on all major streaming platforms.  This album has been in the making for several years and fans are excited to hear the news!  This 13 song album encompasses other hits from the group that include “Praise Belongs to You”, the album’s title track “God Made it Beautiful”, and the leading single, “You’re All I Need (remix)” featuring Bishop Hezekiah Walker.

To help celebrate the release of his new album, which also happens to be the same weekend of his 40th birthday, Jason Clayborn & The Atmosphere Changers will also be in concert virtually via Facebook Live on Friday, May 28, 2021 at 8pm EST. On Sunday, May 30, Clayborn’s actual birthday, the full music video of “You’re All I Need (remix)” featuring Bishop Hezekiah Walker, will also be released! The virtual concert can be viewed through three page options: Jason Clayborn & The Atmosphere Changers, Jason Clayborn Secondpage, and Set Apart and Chosen Facebook page. “I’m so excited about all of the wonderful things that God is doing in this season…” says, Clayborn. He continues, “I feel like the music and the message of this record is what I believe people need to hear right now.”

This body of music is said to be a “no skip” album, says Clayborn. He even compares it to one of gospel music’s highest selling albums, God’s Property by gospel music legend, Kirk Franklin. Clayborn feels, much like God’s Property, that this is an album that has a song for everyone.  However if there were songs that he’s most excited for people to hear, he highlights “U Love Me” featuring Shantell Hankerson, “Do it Now” featuring Dominique Thompson, “Peace Grace and Mercy” featuring Carol Kirby-Green, and “Send Me”. However, he also says, “It’s really too hard to narrow down because the whole album is good!”

When asked about the overall message that he wants fans to remember, Clayborn says, “Remember that God can make any situation beautiful in your life. The process is beautiful even if it feels bad and you feel like you’re sowing in your ministry and in your business, but you don’t feel like its going to happen in the time that it was supposed to happen, but God can take any situation and make it beautiful.”

When asked about his final thoughts on the album, “I love God. I love what I do, and I love being able to write songs and watch them bless other people.”

It’s such a beautiful language, and they’re beautiful people. I’m really honored that I get to do this.”

[Album] Osuba – Peterson Okopi

Fast-rising Gospel recording, and music minister, Peterson Okopi has finally released his debut album titled “OSUBA” accompanied with a beautiful video to compliment the title track “Osuba”

The TWC Records signee described the album as “The Move of God”, as the influence of the songs from the album has already been blessing and transforming lives around the world with great testimonies.

The OSUBA album is unarguably one of the most anticipated gospel albums of the year. This is evident in the high demands for the album across social media pages and churches he’s been to minister some of the songs from the album.

The 15 tracks album featured songs with deep words and meanings, such as OSUBA, which is the title of the Album. A deep Yoruba word used to signify or express depth or dimension of honor for Nobles, in which case Peterson Okopi in this revived version of the song ascribed all Honor to God Almighty.

NOBODY is another great song in the album that speaks of the Majesty of God our sovereign King, with no comparison in heaven and on earth, life and afterlife.

Other native languages were not left out, as singing in native languages is one of Peterson Okopi’s trademarks. To this end, Ibibio and Idoma Medleys were also included in this Album.

The “OSUBA” album by Peterson Okopi is truly the move of God at this moment and it is loaded to bless you as you listen and enjoy these great sounds from heaven.

All songs were recorded in Lagos, Nigeria by Tkeyz, Matto, Nextunez, Roland Archy Joel, Mixed and mastered at SoundandBeats Studio by Roland Joel while the video was Shot by TWC Studio team, directed by Amachree Superstar for TWC Records.

[Album] Evergreen – Andrew Ripp

The soulful singer, songwriter, and GRAMMY Award nominee Andrew Ripp announces today’s release of his new LP, Evergreen. Featuring his No. 1 single “Jericho,” the powerful anthem that continues to deeply connect with audiences around the world, Evergreen was produced by Ethan Hulse, a three-time GRAMMY Award nominee and longtime writing partner of Ripp’s. The album is the follow-up to Ripp’s 2018 release The Heart & The Soul.

Evergreen was inspired by a photo that Ripp’s sister-in-law Ashley posted from New York a few days after quarantine began. Posting a picture of the snow-covered pines at her cabin in the Catskills, over the photo was written, “I wonder if I’ll ever go back to Brooklyn.” To Ripp, her statement unraveled a new inspiration that turned into a new album. Through its songs, you can hear the emotional rollercoaster of uncertainty, making Evergreen an album full of honesty and relentless hope in these wildly uncertain times.

To celebrate the album’s release, be sure to tune in tonight when Ripp will appear on his socials at 7pm CT for “Live From My Living Room” where he’ll share some songs and stories from the new project. Click here for more info.

Earlier this week, Ripp made his Grand Ole Opry debut, pictured here, where he performed “Jericho” and “Rejoice.”  He will be able to share these songs and more live when he embarks on Tauren Wells’ Citizen of Heaven 23-city tour this fall. For the latest touring information, visit his tour page.
