Award-winning singer, songwriter, producer and recording artist Michael Bethany releases his highly anticipated debut Gateway Music album, Overflow.
Produced by Ryan Rich and Kyle Lee (Michael W. Smith, TobyMac, CeCe Winans), Overflow delivers a live worship experience featuring a multicultural sound of worship birthed out of Michael’s personal overflow of intimacy with God.
“In 2017, I was in my prayer closet and the Holy Spirit gave me a word about doing this new album and to call it Overflow,” shares Michael. “As overflow was eventually becoming the theme of my life, where out of intimacy everything would overflow, I made a commitment to stay in that place, making it the anchor of my life. Literally, almost every song on the new album came out of prayer, an intimate time with God.”

One of those songs and its companion video releasing today, “Fill the Room,” cries out for the manifest presence of the Holy Spirit; the reality of God to saturate lives in every moment and place of worship. The track radiates with a passionate, singable chorus and an extended worship flow that creates space for people to go deeper in God’s presence.
Like “Fill the Room,” “He Is Lord” is meant to usher people into the throne room of God’s amazing presence while the joyful testimony and lead single from Overflow, “Ask Me Why,” reflects on the faithfulness of God. Written in collaboration with award-winning songwriters Mitch Wong and Mia Fieldes, “Ask Me Why” uniquely blends the sound of both contemporary and Gospel music genres.

It’s both a lament for the state of our nation, but also a reminder of how precious it still is! Because God’s purpose for our country was great and still stands, we can celebrate Freedom, Liberty and Justice for all!…Even though we have walked through much turmoil as a country—I still believe in us! The good things we have accomplished far outweigh the bad, and there is still hope for us. -Gokey

Previously known for her work in show business at Radio Disney, now-Dallas-based rising artist Anna Golden announces her new live album ‘Church,’ out 8.11 via Tee Lee Records/Capitol CMG. In tandem with the announcement, Golden shares the record’s opening track and first single “At The Altar.”
Golden grew up attending church in her hometown of St. Louis, MO, and she would often listen to her parents write and perform worship music in her youth. As a kid, she seemed destined to join her older siblings with a career in show business, landing consistent work at mainstream outlets.
However, she wanted to shift attention and the pressure to be perfect away from herself. She felt a calling to lead ministry at her church full-time, and she began leading a worship group herself and independently releasing her own music by age 18.
Golden’s career took off after being connected with Tasha Cobbs Leonard, eventually becoming the debut signing on the GRAMMY-winner’s label Tee Lee Records and earning a feature on her song “Wonderful Grace.”
Now, on ‘Church,’ Golden encourages listeners to approach their worship with a childlike wonder and eagerness in a time where deconstruction is so prevalent, reminding them of the church they grew up in and their foundations of faith.
She achieves this by blending elements of pop, rock, gospel and contemporary music to create 11 powerful worship anthems that are accessible to a new generation and contain a palpable passion fit to fill an arena.
Golden’s pure, melodic voice soars over lush instrumentation, and she supplements her heartfelt lyricism with her talent for ministry through unique interpolations of scripture passages.

Joel Caws, a worship leader and singer/songwriter from the UK has just released the second track from his brand new EP, a catchy new worship song titled ‘My One and Only’’.
Joel has been releasing music for over 3 years and this latest worship song delves deeper into his worship journey.
Joel shares his inspiration behind the new song: “I’m so excited to share ‘My One and Only’ which is the second song from my upcoming EP release. I had been thinking around the scripture from Exodus 20 about having no other god’s but our one true God, and the idea of God being my One and Only God came into my head. From that central theme, I was able to build out the rest of the song quite quickly and naturally.”

Of the new song release, Joel comments “‘this song reflects my own struggles as a Christian with my own ‘gods’: the old habits and things that I can be tempted to run to rather than God. It also echoes my desire to leave those things behind and choose to trust God as my one and only security and hope.”
Of his desire for others to engage with this song, Joel responds “I think every Christian can identify with the daily struggle to place God as number one in our lives. Our culture and our old broken ways can tend to pull us towards a ‘me first’ mentality,
and it takes a daily commitment to put God in His rightful place at the centre; our one and only God. This is a song of encouragement, intention and rising faith that even when we trip and fall, we can rise up again and put God back in His rightful place as our One and Only.”
Anchor Hymns releases their third project, a new EP named “Sing, Sing, Sing.” The title is a nod to the importance of the hymnal tradition – sacred songs that outlast us, inform our theology, and meet us in the face of joy and suffering. Anchor Hymns is all about gathering to honor and join in the lineage of great songs of truth handed down over time, and after two initial projects presenting reimagined versions of Church classics, the collective introduces their first EP of originals.
The five new tracks are groovy, folk-driven songs with a timeless feel. Anchor Hymns releases this new project with “By The Savior’s Power” as its featured track, a song meant to serve as a timeless hymn for life, death, and new life with Christ.
“I feel this song is truly important for all those in grief and who have experienced loss to hope in Christ who can be trusted in and has conquered death,” says collective member Ricky Vazquez “Sing, Sing, Sing” gathered songwriters and worship leaders from various religious backgrounds, bringing the rich heritage of their tradition into the process.
Anchor Hymns’s founder, Andrew Osenga, tells of the three elements at the heart of lasting songs, “An honest presentation of our collective experience of suffering and doubt, an awareness of how fleeting time is, and God’s faithfulness through both of those things.”
With this in mind, this new project was crafted around a desire of writing songs for the Church to sing for ages to come and be anchored by in the midst of life’s uncertainty.
