Provident Entertainment/Sony Music artist, singer-songwriter Leanna Crawford has released her highly anticipated debut album Still Waters; the 14-track album is available now across all streaming platforms. The inspirational body of work showcases Leanna’s exceptional talent and deep faith through a collection of powerful, inspiring songs. From today through Monday, 100% of net proceeds from all pre-orders purchased on her web store to the global non-profit Charity Water.
Leanna has quickly become a beloved figure in the contemporary Christian music scene with her heartfelt lyrics, captivating melodies, and a voice that resonates with authenticity and grace. Still Waters reshaping perspectives and putting all one’s faith and trust in God even when times grow weary.
The record was inspired by Crawford’s journey into the music industry, she moved to Nashville and signed with her label with a preconceived idea of what her path would look like. Through a lot of prayer, discipline and valuable input from people in her life, Crawford was able to express through words and melody what was stirring in her heart. The straight-forward path she thought she’d been on looked different, but she was still moving forward in faith.
“I am beyond excited to share ‘Still Waters’ with the world,” shares Leanna. “This album is a reflection of my personal journey and the peace that comes from trusting in God’s plan. My hope is that these songs bring comfort and encouragement to everyone who listens.

The full length album features six new tracks on the album including “For Heaven’s Sake,” “Honest,” and “Rest,” along with previously released songs including her latest single, the title track,“Still Waters (Psalm 23)” which proves to be Leanna’s largest streaming single out of the gate, after fans begged her to finish the song after posting clips of it on social media.
“This record is full of songs pointing back to that reshaping – songs about finding my first love in Jesus and coming back to the simplicity of grace and the beauty of it,” explains Leanna.
Leanna has spent the last several years crafting this first album offering, which includes 14 songs like the fan-favorites “Make it Through,” “How Can You Not,” and “Vow To Be Yours”. The track “Still Waters” was teased nearly two years ago via the singer’s TikTok and Instagram, garnering immediate interest from fans and new listeners alike.
The message of the song draws from real-life inspiration: “Great-Aunt Maurine said at 103 / Write scripture on your heart for when you need it / ‘Cause anxiety hates Psalm 23 / So just say it to yourself ’til you believe it.” Leanna’s Great-Aunt Maurine lived to be 103, but in her 40’s she learned that she was going blind. She decided to memorize as much of the Bible as she could before her sight left her. Great-Aunt Maurine led Leanna’s mom to Christ, and that influence has been passed down to Leanna.

From start to finish, each track reflects a dedication to spiritual authenticity, aiming to inspire and uplift listeners with its faith-based messages. “How Many Times,” co-written by recently added bandmate Adam Agee alongside Jordan Sapp, Jonathan Conrad Gamble and Wes Campbell, explores themes of hardship and the everlasting persistence of divine guidance.

Internationally recognized praise and worship band Planetshakers releases Winning Team globally today (July 19) from Venture3Media (V3M). Available now at all major digital and streaming outlets, the album will also be released as a CD by New Day Distribution and as an Apple Music Exclusive Deluxe Edition that contains Music Videos for all 13 songs on the recording.
Produced by Joth Hunt and recorded live by the full Planetshakers band along with the voices of thousands attending the Planetshakers Conference 2024 in the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC), Winning Team is Planetshakers’ response to the victory found in Jesus.
“The album is an expression of the overwhelming victory our church has experienced over the last year,” shares Pastor Sam Evans. “It really was the most incredible year where we saw God do the impossible in so many people’s lives and in their situations. I hope people can sense the joy that we’re experiencing and expressing when we’re singing these songs. We want them to have the same revelation, same understanding that we are victors in Jesus, then experience the joy of these songs as we’re singing them.”
“Just imagine you’re at a sporting event and your team has just won the championship and everyone’s just celebrating. It has that kind of feel to it,” says Hunt of the album’s title track written by Andy Harrison and Josh Ham. “It’s even got a key change, marching snares and brass in it, capturing a great celebration of praise for what Jesus has done and the victory He’s won for us on the cross. As Christians, we’re on the winning team.
“I feel like a lot of churches don’t sing praise songs anymore,” adds Hunt. “They just sing worship songs. And to me that’s really sad because praise songs carry something different than what worship carries. The spirit of praise is so powerful. It can break an atmosphere open in and into freedom. And a spirit of praise transcends a musical style.”

Pointing listeners to the Hope of Christ amidst life’s troubles, critically acclaimed husband/wife folk duo Kenny & Claire release their full-length debut, Upon The Storm, today (July 19). Produced by GRAMMY Award-winner Mitch Dane (Brandon Heath, JJ Heller), the 12-track set showcases four freshly penned originals and eight modern renditions of enduring hymns.
The album’s title-cut—a stirring take on William Cowper’s 18th century hymn “God Moves in a Mysterious Way”—is now available on digital platforms. With updated verses and a new arrangement by Kenny & Claire and Mitch Dane, “God Moves (Upon the Storm)” carries deep meaning for the couple following Kenny’s struggle with a brain tumor as well as a life-altering chronic illness diagnosis.
“Though we do not always understand why God does what He does, we recognize that He is a God of mercy, and we are people who need mercy,” Kenny shares. “That’s one of the reasons the lyric, ‘behind a frowning providence He hides a smiling face,’ in ‘God Moves (Upon the Storm)’ is so powerful. This world is dark and stormy and full of struggle, yet behind that struggle, God—in His kindness—watches us and intends our fight through these struggles for our good.”
“In our own struggles with suffering—particularly related to Kenny’s health—we have continually returned to the promises of Scripture as well as the lyrics of old hymns,” Claire says. “’God Moves (Upon the Storm)’ reminds us of the truth of His sovereignty over all things, including a scary diagnosis. The humbling reality is that we do not fully understand the majesty of the Lord and that what He allows can sometimes be so very gut wrenching, but He is indeed faithful and trustworthy. This song lifts our eyes to God while recognizing the reality of life’s storms.”

Hallmarked by thoughtful, organic arrangements firmly anchored in a folk/Americana soundscape, Upon The Storm also features Kenny & Claire’s signature take on such classic hymns as “O the Deep, Deep Love of Jesus” and “Come Thou Fount,” among others, along with a uniquely emotive rendition of the popular Keith Getty and Stuart Townend-penned hymn, “In Christ Alone.” New selections including “Surely His Goodness,” “Have Mercy on Us” and “We Believe”—all written by Kenny & Claire and Mitch Dane—bridge the past and present with thematic consistency.
“We want to be singing the same songs that saints who have gone before us sang,” Kenny explains. “There’s a comfort in knowing that brothers and sisters who ended their race well sang these songs, and that they are in the Great Cloud of Witnesses encouraging us to cast off the weight of sin and finish well.”
“Our hope is that this album is a lighthouse pointing to the majesty, power, sovereignty, and holiness of the Lord in the midst of the reality of life’s storms,” Claire adds. “Through our own experiences, we’ve needed songs that point our hearts to Christ and help us rest in His glorious Gospel. We want the music we share to be songs we need ourselves, as 2 Corinthians 1:4 says, songs that ‘…comfort those who are in any affliction, with the comfort which we ourselves are comforted by God.’”
