Acclaimed Singer/songwriter Marizu Drops Debut Single of the Year ‘Hallow’ || @marizu_ikechi
Nothing soothes quite like award-winning singer/songwriter Marizu’s sweet-sounding tunes. This new release, ‘Hallow’ is an interesting addition to his catalog. You can only imagine what could happen when amapiano collides with Marizu’s distinct vocals; glorious goosebumps of joy erupt as the lyrics reassure you of God’s word.
When asked about the track Marizu says,
“There’s no other person I can trust besides God. You can trust Him to be there for you in anything you might be going through, as long as you rely on God he’ll never let you down. “
Coming from a place of reverence and thanksgiving, ‘Hallow’ is a colourful track about God’s greatness and timelessness.
Marizu song “Stay Here” won UKCC Top Indie/Folk/Acoustic song of the month of July, and STEPFWD Best Indie / Folk / Acoustic song of the year in 2021.
Hallow is released under HFP Music, written by Marizu Ikechi Atuonwu, produced by Manuel The Creator and mixed-mastered by Reverb in Lagos. Hallow is available to download and stream from the 17th of June, 2022.
