Nemiroff goes on to share a personal struggle with mental health she recently experienced saying in part, “I had walked through an unexpected tragedy around a year ago and was flooded with intense sudden anxiety months later not realizing I had stuffed so much down surrounding it all.
I was at point where the anxiety at times felt so crippling and scary that continuing to live this way just felt exhausting and tbh…. wasn’t sure I wanted to somedays. I started opening up with close friends/family and letting them in and I also started going to counseling. God has used it to help me process some really difficult things, identify core wounds, and bring about a lot of healing as well. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted and I feel like myself again!”
