LYRICS
I’ve had seasons of goodness Overflowing with life But I’m no stranger to sorrow Or a heart that wanders sometimes
I know the darkest night cannot outrun the sun The burden will be light but until that day comes
I will rest, I will rest Rest my heart in Your hands ‘Cause I know that I can Put my hope in Your faithfulness I will rest, and trust with confidence If You’re God in the good, in the promised land You will be God God in the wilderness
When I’m stuck in the silence And my mind’s full of noise You’re my light in the distance You’re my peace in the storm
I know the longest fight cannot outlast Your love The will be made but until that day comes
I will rest, I will rest Rest my heart in Your hands ‘Cause I know that I can Put my hope in Your faithfulness I will rest, and trust with confidence If You’re God in the good, in the promised land You will be God God in the wilderness, in the wilderness (Oh, oh) God in the wilderness, in the wilderness (Oh, oh)
There is joy on the horizon I can feel it rising up, rising up There is joy on the horizon I can feel it rising up
I will rest, I will rest (Oh) Rest my heart in Your hands ‘Cause I know that I can Put my hope in Your faithfulness I will rest (I will rest) and trust with confidence (Oh) If You’re God in the good, in the promised land You will be God God in the wilderness, in the wilderness (Oh, oh) God in the wilderness, in the wilderness (Oh, oh)

LYRICS
I’ve been thinking ‘bout time And where does it go How can I stop my life from passing me by I don’t know I’ve been thinking ‘bout family and how it’s going so fast Will I wake up one morning just wishing that I could go back I’ve been thinking ‘bout lately maybe I can make a change and let You change me So, with all of my heart this is my prayer
Singing Oh Lord keep me in the moment Help me live with my eyes wide open ‘Cause I don’t wanna miss what You have for me Singing Oh me what matters Throw away what I’m chasing after ‘Cause I don’t wanna miss what You have for me Keep me in the moment Keep me in the moment Keep me in the moment ‘Cause I don’t wanna miss what You have for me
When I wake up in the morning
Lord, search my heart
Don’t let me stray, I just wanna stay where You are
All I got is one shot, one try
One go around in this beautiful life
Nothing is wasted when everything’s placed in Your hands
I’ve been thinking about heaven
And the promise You hold
So, it’s all eyes on You until the day
You call me home

LYRICS
Every day this never-ending pressure Tries to take its claim over my heart I have tried to hold it all together But time and time again I fall apart
But that’s where I find my life was never mine at all You are the one inside always in control
So, when it feels like all of this pain is never gonna end Brought to my knees by all of these Things I don’t understand, don’t understand I will let the weight of my fear fall like sand Out of my hands and into Yours Out of my hands and into Yours
Letting go of worries I can’t measure Holding onto truth that’s healing me Knowing I can trust You is a treasure With eyes wide open now I finally see It’s here that I find my life was never mine at all You’re still the one inside always in control
Take this out of my hands Take this out of my hands Take this out of my hands It’s out of my hands
There’s nothing that You can’t handle God, You are strong enough Only You can take this out of my hands, out of my hands You’re greater than all my sorrows Worthy of all my trust Thank You, Lord, that this is out of my hands, out of my hands

LYRICS
I don’t wanna waste just another day Tell me where I should go, and there I will go I don’t wanna miss ’cause I’m too afraid Of what I don’t know, oh, I don’t Even in the desert I’m scared, and I’m tired, and I’m feeling alone ‘Cause I don’t wanna wait just another day Tell me where I should go, and there I will
I’m wide awake, I hear You calling my name
After all the things I’ve been through Every scar and every bruise You remind me every time You’re still alive, You’re still alive In me, in the beat of my heart In the light, in all of the dark All my hope will never die ’cause You’re still alive, You’re still alive
Oooo You’re still alive Oooo You’re still alive Oooo You’re still alive, You’re still alive, in me
I just wanna face what I tend to fear What I can’t control, I give You control I don’t really know what You’re doing here But I give You control, I give You control
Oooo You’re still alive Oooo You’re still alive Oooo You’re still alive, You’re still alive, in me You’re still alive, in me You’re still alive, in me
I Stand here In Your presence I’m safe and secure and I’m never alone
You’re still alive After all things I’ve been through Every scar and every bruise You remind me every time You’re still alive You’re still alive In me in the beat of my heart In the light in all of the dark All my hope will never die Cause You’re still alive You’re still alive You’re still alive You’re still alive You’re still alive In me
American CCM headliner Jeremy Camp returns with a brand new single “Dead Man Walking,” accompanied with a scintillating music video.
“Colossians 2:13-14 speaks of our lives before Christ as being ‘dead.’ There was a time I felt emotionally and spiritually dead, but then God changed me radically, That is why I’m excited to share ‘Dead Man Walking’ – because it’s a song of thankfulness that even though I was once a ‘dead man walking’ I’m now a man ‘walking with God.’”
– Jeremy Camp
With 40 #1 singles over his storied career, “Dead Man Walking” is a refreshing first-look into Camp’s next album, due later this year, and is marked by some of his most vulnerable and transparent music to date.
