Arielle Nichole Releases “Rest” To Christian Radio

Arielle Nichole’s latest single, “Rest,” has officially been released to Christian radio formats, including Christian AC and Christian CHR/Hot AC. Independently produced by Matt Marin and written by Arielle alongside her husband, Taron Church, “Rest” promises to resonate deeply with listeners seeking solace in their faith. This single, encapsulating Arielle’s soulful voice and heartfelt lyrics, stands as a beacon of peace in today’s tumultuous times.

The song “Rest” was born out of a profound personal experience during a challenging moment in Arielle’s life, marked by intense anxiety and the looming uncertainty of the future. The chorus, a calming mantra, came to life as Arielle found herself grappling with a near-panic attack.

Through her lyrics, “Let my mind rest, Let my thoughts slow down, Let my body breathe, He holds me now,” Arielle encapsulates the peace she discovered in her faith, turning her turmoil into a source of strength. This song not only reflects Arielle’s journey but also serves as a universal call to those battling their personal struggles, reminding them of the tranquility available through faith in Jesus Christ.

Growing up in the serene mountains of Colorado, Arielle Nichole has transformed her early encounters with anxiety and obsessive-compulsive symptoms into a powerful musical expression of her faith. From a young singer in her family’s church to a celebrated Christian Soul-Pop artist, her path has been anything but ordinary. Arielle’s music journey is a testament to her resilience and her deep-seated belief in the healing power of faith and music, which she now shares with audiences from the US to Australia.

Arielle’s contributions to Christian music have not gone unnoticed. She is the recipient of the 21st Annual Songwriter of the Year at ChristianSongwriting.com, a recognition that speaks volumes about her ability to craft lyrics that resonate deeply with listeners. Her debut EP and its accompanying tour have established her as a notable voice in the Christian music scene, known for delivering messages of hope and healing.

With “Rest,” Arielle Nichole continues to inspire and uplift her listeners, offering a musical sanctuary where worries dissolve and faith takes the forefront. This song is not just a single but a spiritual journey that beckons listeners to find their own peace and rest in the embrace of their faith. Jason Gray Joins Jason Roy, Don Chaffer, Phil Joel For Newly Remastered “Our Common Home”

Critically acclaimed Centricity Music singer / songwriter Jason Gray adds his voice to the multi-artist A New Heaven And A New Earth project’s single, “Our Common Home,” which has been remastered and is available today (May 17) at digital and streaming outlets globally from The Fuel Music. Originally released Oct. 6, 2023 around the close of last year’s ecumenical Season of Creation, the single also features Jason Roy (Building 429), Don Chaffer (Waterdeep) and Phil Joel (Newsboys).

Church leaders from around the world welcomed the song with joy last fall, declaring, “These artists felt called to express how care for Creation glorifies God.” The note was signed by:

  • His Eminence Cardinal Peter K.A. Turkson, The Pontifical Academy of Sciences, The Vatican
  • His Eminence Elder Metropolitan Emmanuel of Chalcedon, Ecumenical Patriarchate
  • The Most Reverend Justin Welby, Archbishop of Canterbury
  • The Most Reverend Michael Curry, Presiding Bishop & Primate, The Episcopal Church
  • The Most Reverend Dr. Olav Fykse Tveit, Presiding Bishop, Church of Norway, former General Secretary of the World Council of Churches

“This kind note of welcome from international Church leaders is a testament to the spirit of ecumenical collaboration from which this project springs,” shares Reverend Séamus Finn, OMI, Director, OMI Justice Peace and Integrity of Creation.

Written by Chaffer, Joel and Gray, “Our Common Home” was inspired by Pope Francis’ 2015 Encyclical, Laudato si’, On Care for Our Common Home. This single from the A New Heaven And A New Earth project slated to premiere summer 2024 commemorates the Encyclical’s ninth anniversary.

“Our Common Home” is also heard in a short video documentary following the artists’ experience of singing songs from the A New Heaven And A New Earth recording at a concert held at the Vatican (Oct. 26, 2022). This documentary was filmed and directed by Joel’s daughter Phynley.

“This project has given me perspective, a greater conscientiousness about how closely tied care for Creation is to caring for the poor,” shares Gray.

Chaffer adds, “The more we discover about the connection between the health of the poor with the health of our earthly home, the more we’re inspired to pray, ‘Lord, we need to do better. Help us to do better.’”

“We are all coming from different places, gathering around a round table, all uniting around the fact that we need to take better care of this beautiful marble that we are all travelling around on,” sums up Joel.

Producing “Our Common Home” and singing and playing various instruments on the track, Roy says, “It was an honor to work on this song with these musical legends, these friends of mine.”
