Award-winning artist Meredith Andrews recently shared a passionate ballad of hope and relief with “Carry The World,” available last month (Sept 30). Reminding listeners that we weren’t meant to shoulder the weight of the burdens we bear, the timely track suggests that there is One willing and able to carry them for us — One who holds the whole world in His hands. Today (Oct 14), Meredith Andrews shares the official live video for the track, which can be viewed below.
Andrews originally introduced the song in Spanish on her first full-length Spanish language album, Ábrenos Los Cielos. Now available in English for the first time, the poignant offering invites weary listeners to cast their cares on a God who is capable of great things. “Carry The World” was written by Meredith Andrews, Ryan Ellis, and Andrew Bergthold; and produced by Andrew Bergthold.

Featuring a guest appearance by fellow rapper Aha Gazelle, “SHINING” is the third release from Brasel’s forthcoming TRANSCENDENT, the long-awaited follow-up to last year’s Destiny Vol. 1 mixtape.
Raised on the outskirts of Memphis, Brasel struggled with criminal behavior before rediscovering God and renewing his purpose as a faith-driven hip-hop star. Since then, he’s used music as a means of encouraging others to move past their own obstacles. Produced by Dirty Rice, Joseph Prielozny, and JuiceBangers, TRANSCENDENT will mark his fourth release for Curb Records’ hip-hop imprint, IVAV, joining an acclaimed catalog that also includes 2020’s The Divine Storm and 2018’s Destined For Greatness.
“TRANSCENDENT is about rising above all types of emotions and challenges that can lead you down a dangerous path,” Brasel says of the upcoming record, which also includes collabs with The WRLDFMS Tony Williams, Aaron Cole, Foggieraw, Jay-Way, and Parris Chariz. “Those challenges can be anything from ego to depression to pride to fear. The eleven songs on Make It Out Alive are his most personal offering to date. Written at a time of reckoning in his life, these songs were born out of Stanfill’s own need for survival. Along the way, it became clear that these songs could help someone else find hope at their lowest moment and to let them know that they are not alone.
“These songs are about the power of vulnerability, our need for connection, and the miracle of grace,” Kristian Stanfill further explains. “Make It Out Alive isn’t just my story…it’s our story of freedom. I’m truly so excited for you all to hear these songs.”
