Ben Fuller Makes Impactful Debut Throughout 2022

2022 was quite a year for artist and songwriter Ben Fuller. He released his first album, his debut single hit No. 1 for multiple weeks, he toured all around the U.S., and Pandora named him one of the Christian/Gospel Artists To Watch in 2023, all adding up to be much more than this Southern Vermont-raised dairy farmer ever expected in his lifetime, let alone in one year.

Fuller’s eight-track debut Who I Am (Provident Label Group/Sony Music, listen HERE) dropped in September, and the album’s No. 1 title track has more than 20M streams LTD (don’t miss the powerful music video). Yet, most of all for Ben Fuller it’s his ministry that keeps him fueled.

Motivated to change from a life that was spiraling into drugs and alcohol, he moved to Nashville in 2018 to pursue a career in country music. Soon after, when a family he was close with invited him to church one Sunday, he walked into an auditorium filled with 3,000 people and knew that he would write and sing music for Jesus for the rest of his life. He quickly fell into his newfound faith, songwriting with a burning desire to share what God did to turn his life around. Click HERE to view his testimony, which has received more than 3M views since it was posted in October.

It was recently announced that Fuller was named one of Pandora’s Artists To Watch in 2023. Joining an exclusive list that includes Blessing Offor, Anne Wilson, and Naomi Raine, Pandora touted ten artists In Christian and Gospel music poised for even more greatness in 2023.

He spent the year touring with Unspoken, Zach Williams, as well as numerous music festivals, and he will continue to embark on the road well into next year when he joins Casting Crowns’ The Healer Tour in the spring. He’s currently sharing his songs and stories live opening for Williams’ holiday run of the “I Don’t Want Christmas To End Tour.” Be sure to visit the most updated schedule HERE

Fuller’s unflinching honesty about his past invites people to share their stories and personal pain with him, and his music continues to make an impact wherever he goes. He has previously shared, “My past and present are recorded in lyrics and melodies – all wrapped up in God’s grace and redemption and how turning my life over to Him has changed my whole world. I pray for all who take the time to listen to Who I Am, that God draws them nearer than ever before.”

[Music] Beggar – Nash Revival

Christian duo Nash Revival (Matthew Soileau and Brandon Chase) released new music with “Beggar.” The track can be heard below. Nash Revival’s music is available now on Amazon MusicApple Music, and Spotify.

Nash Revival has won several Nashville awards and garnered pitches to CCM artists and TV and movies prior to independently releasing their music.

 Beggar – Nash Revival

Soileau described his journey to songwriting, “I was looking everywhere and searching for a new career that would realize the full potential of my God-given gifts through sixteen years of working in the healthcare industry at that time. I truly believe God found me and gave me a message through another person. I initially started songwriting as a joke with a fellow employee but later realized I could really write. It was natural to write Christian songs along with Country songs because I had been listening to CCM for over twenty years due to a hunger for spiritual music outside of church on the weekend.”

Soileau, lyricist, was introduced to songwriting later in life by a patient at his physical therapy clinic. He was always searching for what God wanted him to do since he didn’t feel like therapy was his final destination. Five years after his patient introduced him to the CMT/NSAI song contest he won it with the help of co-writer and vocalist Chase. Chase has his own history in the industry with a former stint on The Voice, Team Blake and currently singing with the break-out Christian band, I Am They. Soileau is originally from Louisiana but now resides in Spring, Texas with his wife and three kids. Chase is from Fort Worth but now lives outside of Nashville.

[Music] Ese – Calledout Music

Although it takes decades for traditions to be formed, CalledOut Music’s end-of-year gift is something we now comfortably look forward to. This 2022 single, which the artist shared a snippet of weeks ago has been worth the suspense. ‘Ese’, a Yoruba word translating to ‘Thank You’ is an Afro-pop single that speaks of God’s unending faithfulness.

With lyrics that feel like a joyful home, and a blend of contemporary yet traditional highlife tunes, CalledOut Music presents a timeless ode to God for an eventful year thus far.

[Music] Ese - Calledout Music

Reflecting on the track, COM says, ”It started off as a freestyle.  We all should have moments when we pause and reflect on God’s goodness; Ese was written on one of those days. I wrote it one gratitude-filled morning. It really became a full fledged song after the overwhelming response it received on social media – so many people wanted a full version out quickly.  I hope it reminds listeners to always give thanks regardless.”

Infectious as it is inspiring, ‘Ese’ is released under HFP Music; written and produced by Samuel Nwachukwu and is available on your preferred streaming platform from the 16th of December, 2022.

Natalie Grant Enlists Cory Asbury For Powerful Recording Of “You Will Be Found”

Award-winning Curb | Word Entertainment recording artist Natalie Grant puts a spiritual stamp on “You Will Be Found” from the celebrated musical-turned-movie Dear Evan Hansen. Enlisting the help of acclaimed singer/songwriter Cory Asbury, Grant’s moving version of the hope-filled ballad is available today (12/16) — listen HERE.

“The first time I ever heard this song, I was so overcome with how it just made me think of the message of the Gospel. The lyrics immediately made me think of the love of Jesus and how it has the ability to find every single one of us. It doesn’t matter who you are or what you’ve done, there’s never a moment that you are so far gone that the love of God can’t find you,” Grant says. “I feel like I have the opportunity, not only to let the love of God find me, but to then let the love of God shine through me so I can carry that light and that love to so many people who need to know the message that no matter who you are, when you’re broken and on the ground, you will be found.”
