New music has arrived from Sound of the House, a worship ministry founded by Austin and Lindsey Adamec in their hometown of Jacksonville, Florida. Joined by their community, they are thrilled to share their new live recording, Sound of the House, Vol. 2, available now on all digital platforms.
The project follows the first volume, Sound of the House, which was released in the fall of 2020. This second installment, encompassing twelve tracks, was birthed from their community gatherings and recorded live on the second floor of a Harley-Davidson warehouse in Jacksonville, where the ministry meets.
“This second volume of songs is the product of years of community-building and co-writing with many of our crazy-gifted friends, including Dwan Hill, Krissy Nordhoff, Mitch Wong, Shane Bernard, and Nathan Jess, as we trudged through our seven-year infertility battle,” Austin Adamec shares. “Only God’s timing could have predicted we’d record this project while Lindsey was seven months pregnant!”
Lindsey Adamec adds, “We are an overgrown house gathering that now meets in a Harley shop and the best way to describe it is that it’s simply an overflow. Our heart is to be a space where church leaders and atheists can come and be side by side.
We just felt a conviction to open our door to host and feed people both physically and spiritually, and Sound of the House is a worshipful expression of an eclectic group of friends-turned-family that have uncovered the joy of celebrating life in the presence of God.”

“The only limit we’ve run into is our own faith,” they collectively share. “Just like the woman with the empty olive oil jars in 2 Kings 4, God will fill whatever we place in front of Him. If we give Him our Sunday, He’ll fill it. If we give Him our building, He’ll fill it.
If we give Him our tithe, He’ll multiply it. If we give Him our homes, He’ll saturate them. The question is, how far will we go? To what extent of faith and the outer-known will we place in His Hands?”
The new single goes for ads on the radio on April 28 and is meant to bring hope and encouragement to people around the world.
“I love seeing people receive and live out the revelation that whatever we face in the coming days, we will never walk alone because Jesus is always faithful, forever true,” says Pastor Russell Evans. “He’s the Rock that will never move and upon which we can confidently stand firm.”
Featuring Planetshakers’ Joth Hunt on lead vocals, “The Rock” was co-written by Hunt along with GRAMMY-nominated and Dove Award-winning Jordan Sapp and Krissy Nordhoff.

For the first time, Planetshakers also tapped Sapp to produce. Bringing his production expertise to “The Rock,” Sapp is known for his work producing hit singles by TobyMac, Tauren Wells, Jeremy Camp, and Jordan Feliz, among others.
“I’m so grateful to work with the Planetshakers crew on this song,” says Sapp. “I believe it’s an important message for our time and I’m excited to see where it goes.“
Along with “The Rock” and the newest live version of “Nothing Is Impossible,” a song that has received over 150 million streams to date across various platforms, plus the recently released, “Yes And Amen,” Planetshakers’ current, full production live album GREATER and its companion GREATER: Live At Chapel project both released last fall.
The chapel album re-crafts GREATER songs in a musically accessible way for smaller gatherings and was recorded by the band on a mountaintop vista near Melbourne, Australia along with Planetshakers Bible College students.
Singer/songwriter and morning drive-time radio host Perry LaHaie releases his new single, “Crashed Into Grace,” today, Friday, March 24, 2023, from Frontiers USA, an international community of people dedicated to inviting Muslims worldwide to follow Jesus.
The single is co-produced by Nashville veteran Stephen Leiweke (Jars of Clay, Chris Tomlin, Yancy, Point of Grace, Cindy Morgan, Chris Sligh) and emerging producer Jake DeJarnett.
The song, a mix of acoustic rock and Americana that has been described as “Chris Renzema meets Zach Williams meets Drew Holcomb,” was inspired by a spiritually transformative experience LaHaie had growing up.
“As a teenager, I was wounded deeply by shame from pursuing my own selfish desires,” says LaHaie. “Although I started following Jesus at 10 and experienced an amazing filling of the Holy Spirit at 16, these wounds of shame were poisoning me.”
Then, when he was 18, LaHaie was playing pick-up basketball at the rec center in Cheboygan, Michigan, where he grew up when he went for a rebound and collided with another player, seriously injuring his ankle.
Friends carried him home, and as he lay on the couch in excruciating pain, LaHaie asked his mother to pray for him. Instantly, he felt a warmth in his ankle and the pain went away. “What amazed me most,” he says, “was that Jesus would heal me knowing every dark secret of my life. He touched the shame in my heart and began healing it.”
“Never in my life did I expect grace,” LaHaie continues. “But He was just waiting for me to reach my worst. That’s when He crashed into me.”
LaHaie has always wanted to write a song about that experience. He began in 2017 and finished in 2022, calling it “Crashed Into Grace.”
“I feel like after all these years I’ve finally found my voice,” says LaHaie, who recorded “Crashed Into Grace” at Yackland Studio in East Nashville. “With the music, it’s more of a roots/acoustic rock with a close-to-the-earth vibe.
With my heart, it’s a deeper knowing that Abba loves me as I am, not as I should be. It’s taken every step in a long journey to get here and I think you will feel that in this song.”
“It was so great taking honest lyrics and matching them with organic and raw instruments to create something that captures the reality of God’s grace in a song,” says DeJarnett.“It was very special to reflect on my experience of crashing into grace and how God loves us enough to meet us in all our guilt and pull us out into our purpose.”
Leiweke was equally excited with the results. “Perry’s level of musical professionalism and his openness to the Lord’s leading made working with him a pleasure and an honor,” he says. “His dedication to his sound and artistry is unmatched.”
In 2022, his one-minute radio feature, Cast Yourself In, which shares amazing stories of what God is doing in the Muslim world and is heard in over 400 radio markets across North America, launched on worldwide podcasting platforms including Apple Music and Spotify.
In June 2022, LaHaie released his single, “Pure In Heart.” “This song is a call to search our hearts,” says Lahaie, “a song for anyone at the crossroads of conviction, anyone making big decisions about what they want their life to be all about, at the core.” To date, “Pure In Heart” has been streamed in over 60 countries. “
Perry’s ‘Pure In Heart’ brings a holy challenge to pursue a life lived for the gospel, loving as we have been loved,” says Jack Haveman, Station Manager, 89.3 Moody Radio Grand Rapids.
In August 2022, he traveled to Yackland Studio in Nashville to record “Crashed Into Grace,” and a riveting new arrangement of “God Is Working His Purpose Out” with the production team of Stephen Leiweke and Jake DeJarnnet.

In October 2022, LaHaie released his organic makeover of “God Is Working His Purpose Out (Two Point 0).” “I feel deeply the brokenness of our world, that things are not as they should be. This is why ‘happily ever after’ stories are so powerful.
They resonate with our longing for everything to be set right,” says LaHaie. “‘God Is Working His Purpose Out (Two Point O)’ shows that our fairy-tale longings are not just that,” he continues. “
They are real and find their fulfillment in Jesus who’s setting everything right now, and will one day do it completely. And we who know Him get to share this extravagant hope till He comes!” “God Is Working His Purpose Out (Two Point 0)” has been streamed in over 100 countries. The original version of the song first appeared on LaHaie’s critically acclaimed 2020 album, Him.
At Christmastime in 2022, his “O Come O Come Emmanuel (How Long) [Frerichs Remix],” which was originally released Christmas 2020, took on a new life of its own and is now his most-streamed song. A stunning orchestral piece that timelessly and pensively expresses the longing for Christ’s return to “make all the sad things come untrue,”
The song was remixed by Emmy Award-winning producer Joshua Frerichs (Netflix, Hulu, NBC, Warner Chappell Music) and has more than 360,000 streams in over 100 countries to date. The accompanying lyric video has been viewed over 40,000 times.
Also in 2022, LaHaie and his co-host Shawna Beyer continued their morning show, Perry and Shawna Mornings, via 89.3 Moody Radio, where LaHaie shares his heart for the least reached peoples of the world.
In a standout episode of the show, LaHaie talked with Todd Nettleton of Voice of the Martyrs about the incredible story of John Chau. “Jesus pushed it deep in John’s heart to take the gospel to a small unreached tribe of people on an island in the middle of nowhere,” says LaHaie. “
He prepared for years. When he finally set foot on the shore in 2018 he was killed by that tribe. Was it all for nothing? Not a chance. John’s death has sparked a worldwide prayer movement for this still-unreached tribe.”
“I’m passionate about Jesus because He found me at my worst, embraced me, and loved me unconditionally,” LaHaie says. “What a privilege to get to share the Gospel with people all over the world through radio, music, and amazing media platforms.”
LaHaie’s latest CD, Him, was released in 2020. Media coverage of LaHaie and his music have included Cornerstone TV’s flagship show, Hope Today; CCM Magazine; popular daytime TV show, Babbie’s House; nationally syndicated coast-to-coast radio show Bill Martinez Live!; Inspiration.org; CRU (formerly Campus Crusade for Christ radio); Jesus Wired; World Christian Broadcasting; Jubileecast; Never For Nothing (UK); and more.

Multi-platinum, six-time GRAMMY-winner Amy Grant’s first new music in a decade, the track “Trees We’ll Never See,” is now available across all DSPs, along with a scenic lyric video. BILLBOARD spoke with Grant last week about creating new music, the poignant new single, and how “the gift of life’s fourth quarter is the perspective and awareness and the appreciation of all of it.”
Since the age of 15, and now in her early 60s, Grant has really never stopped making music, and her most happy place to make music is with friends. While she has continued to release music, it has been 10 years since she’s released new songs, the last being her critically-acclaimed album “How Mercy Looks From Here.”
That experience with producer and songwriter Marshall Altman was so rewarding and life-giving that Amy called on Altman again in 2023 to produce two new songs, including “Trees We’ll Never See,” and “What You Heard,” co-written with Natalie Hemby and Barry Dean, is scheduled to release April 28th.
“’ Trees We’ll Never See’ is one of that life-lesson, encouraging songs that remind us that we are not alone, we have a purpose, and the seeds we plant today are so important,” says Grant. “Even if we ‘never see’ the fruit or the trees that grow from those seeds in our lifetime, it’s always important to invest in people, friends, family, and those we may never even meet.”
While it was penned by Altman and Michael White, “Trees We’ll Never See” is true by Amy Grant in that the wisdom imparted in the lyric, paired with incredible musicianship (including Vince Gill on guitar) can be magical. This song has new color palettes rooted in singer-songwriter and Americana leanings which have always been part of Grant’s music, but even more so now.

Grant is currently in the middle of her spring tour run, with many dates already sold out. Throughout 2023 she will be hitting 70 cities across the U.S. and is excited to share new music and fan favorites.
New songs are not supposed to just be listened to, but sung. This defines the 14 live tracks found on Other Side, the debut album from Stockholm Worship, presented by Hillsong Capitol CMG.
“It’s important for people to understand who we are and what this album is,” Eric Liljero, Stockholm Worship’s creative pastor, explains. “We’re not a band or a worship artist.
Stockholm Worship is a local worship team who loves the local church and over the past couple of years, we’ve been writing songs for our church and God’s been breathing on them out of nothing.
They’ve become weapons, speaking life into people’s situations. We chose to call the album Other Side, not only because Stockholm is on the ‘other side’ of the world for most people, but mainly because there’s another side to whatever we’re going through when God decides to show up.”

Early in the process, the team went into writing these songs in English, their second language, and rooting from Scripture to lead the way.
Focusing on a strong and deep desire to bring glory to Jesus and melodies ingrained from their Swedish heritage, worship team member Jonatan Brandström shares, “We wanted the songs to be simple enough for everyone to be able to sing them if English is your first language or not, but we still wanted depth inside the worship songs.
Our prayer is that these songs will be able to put words to your prayer, to articulate whatever season you’re going through.”
A few of the songwriters involved in the project are Stockholm Worship’s Eric Liljero (co-writer of “Cornerstone”) and Jonatan Brandström, as well as Reuben Morgan (of Hillsong Worship), Melody Wagner (of Young & Free), Josh Grimmett (of Goodboys), and Nick Herbert (Worship Central), among many others.
For more than 15 years, Stockholm Worship, the creative team of Hillsong Sweden, has been leading worship every Sunday at its various locations around the country. A longing has been growing to bring forth new and fresh worship, and they’re more than ready to share the Other Side with the world.
Nomakhuze teamed up with Gospel- Dance production duo AB Central to deliver a mellow, laidback, but spiritually moving contemporary gospel song titled NEVER CHANGE. This SETE soundalike has a mixture of RnB, AfroBeat, and AmaPiano as a soundtrack to the soothing lyrics proclaiming how God never changes.
Nomakhuze Ndabula’s voice switches the listener onto an automatic praise mode as she encourages those going through difficulties to “hold on just a little bit”. With stunning visuals to match, NEVER CHANGE has made inroads on TV and is set to do the same on other platforms too.
