Tru Mantra‘s “Jeje” takes the wisdom of Proverbs 3:5 – 6 and puts it to a song.
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.”
With only one life to live, the choice is either to struggle with the frustrating limitations of self or to trust in God and rest in His boundless love.
From the catchy hook to the message-laden verses, the song outlines the right choice and urges the listener to take it. As you sing along to the chorus, let the message of the song sink in. With only one life to live, we can’t afford not to take it jeje!
Aye o pe meji, ko pe meji (You don’t have two lives)
Aye kan lowa-a-a-a-a (There’s only one life)
We don’t know where we wanna go
We don’t know what we wanna do
Only He can save, only He can save
You feel like nothing seems to make any sense
You’ve got it, but it really doesn’t quench your thirst
You’ve done it, but it makes you feel so depressed
It feels like no one that you know really cares
Just know that He truly, truly cares yeah
He died just to show that He cares yeah
He’ll wipe away your tears, cos He cares yeah, cos He cares yeah.

Prolific International gospel recording artiste and songwriter Minister Abi known as Abi Megaplus unveils a brand new single titled, Conqueror (ajagunsegun).
Commenting on the process for making this amazing song Minister Abi said “Taking from (2 Chronicles 32:8), [8] With him is an arm of flesh, but with us is the LORD our God to help us, and to fight our battles. And the people rested themselves upon the words of Hezekiah king of Judah.
With us is God who has been fighting our battles all through the beginning of the year till this midyear, and I have come to say thank you to the “Conqueror”
So many battles he won for us, The ones you know and the ones you don’t. So, like Jacob at Bethel, I have returned to give gratitude to the “Conqueror” Himself. (Gen 28: 18 -22, Gen 35: 1-3). She concludes.
Grace Graber is inviting listeners to live their lives to the fullest with her inspiring new song “No Regrets.” The song is the latest from her upcoming album The Breakthrough.
For Grace, the song is a challenge to herself as much as to anyone, a reminder to reassess her priorities whenever she notices the hustle culture inherent in the music industry threatening to take over her life.
“Many times people will spend their whole life working for something, only to get to the end of their life and go, ‘I wish I would’ve spent more time with my family. I wish I would’ve spent more time prioritizing the things that matter: my spiritual health, my mental health, the things I too often sacrifice for personal or career gain,” Grace reflects.
“The song is a big check myself. It’s coming out at a time where I’ve been really working on healing my inner child, and I feel like I finally learned this and it’s tangible now. When I wrote ‘No Regrets,’ I wanted my church family and my community to mean more to me than my music.”

The song was originally written during the sessions for the Conversations EP. After initially writing “No Regrets” and working on it with producer Blake Cross, Grace felt that the second verse needed another voice. So she called in rapper Peabod, who wrote and rapped to finish out the sunny track.
“We all hopped on a call, and originally I was thinking, ‘oh, let’s just take that second verse and make it a Peabod-style verse,” Grace recalls. “He said, ‘no, let’s keep it full punk. I’m going to meet you on your level.’ And it was just really cool to see someone I admire and look up to like my style and want to match it.”
“No Regrets” follows up the triumphant “Grace of God,” “SOLO” and “Breakthrough.” All of these songs are building into the full album release later this year. Even as her momentum continues to build, this song is a reminder of where the singer is staying rooted, of all the ways she knows that breakthrough can show up.
She challenges, “Where are your priorities? What are you putting first, what are you learning and how are you taking what you’re learning and applying it to your life? And how are you using it to show yourself that you’re not stuck?”
