Provident Entertainment Receives Five American Music Award (AMA) Nominations
Provident Entertainment is proud to announce they received five American Music Award nominations. Just announced this morning, Zach Williams, CAIN, and Elevation Worship are nominated for Favorite Contemporary Inspirational Artist, and Kirk Franklin and Koryn Hawthorne are recognized in the newly added category Favorite Gospel Artist.
The AMAs are the worldâs largest fan-voted awards show with winners determined by votes cast online as well as via Twitter. Nominees are based on key fan interactions â as reflected on the Billboard charts â including streaming, album sales, song sales, and radio airplay. These measurements are tracked by Billboard and its data partner MRC Data and cover the time period Sept. 25, 2020 through Sept. 23, 2021.
Voting for all categories is now open and for the first time, fans can vote for all AMA categories on TikTok by searching for âAMAsâ in-app. The 2021 American Music Awards will be broadcast live from the Microsoft Theatre in Los Angeles on Sunday, November 21st, and air on ABC and stream the next day on Hulu.
