[Music Video] This House – Kalley

kalley releases new music with “This House.” The official lyric video can be viewed below. “This House” is available now.

“After Olive [my daughter] died I said I wouldn’t write/sing/release music again, and had no idea what I’d say first if I did.
Fast-forward and I’m excited to say I have a couple corporate worship songs coming later this fall. They are ripe and it’s time.
But I felt I needed to release this song first as a single, because this came first. The memories, the quiet, the grieving, the unbearable vulnerability, the hollow rooms, the aching for laughter again. Because that is sacred too. God’s in every room, inhabiting all of it. Hello’s are holy, so are goodbyes. We must learn to find Him and find ourselves in both.” -kalley

REVERE Cover Church Anthem “Great Are You Lord”

Grande É O Senhor / Great Are You Lord was recorded at a REVERE gathering of worship leaders from Brazil, the US, and the UK. Originally by All Sons & Daughters, the song resonated with churches around the world and was translated into multiple languages including Portuguese.

REVERE recorded it bilingually during an unscripted night of worship with Gabi Sampaio, a worship leader from Brazil, singing her heart out alongside SEU Worship’s Brazilian American artist Robson Galvao.

This is not only a great collaboration but one that truly captures the heart behind REVERE, a collective of worship leaders and church leaders who are artists, songwriters, and content creators who live out the reverential honor of God message, and champion it worldwide.

“Grande É O Senhor / Great Are You Lord” is available now.

ABOUT REVERE

REVERE is a growing movement focussing on restoring the humble and honouring nature of worship. A generation ago, Christianity went through a massive shift. The formality of corporate worship gave way to ‘intimacy’, and we were forever changed.
The ongoing work of the Spirit released us into ‘a spiritual intensity’, but our ultimate longing has always been a weighty encounter in the presence of God that is less about our contribution and more about our surrender.

REVERE is a musical journey from intimacy to intensity into the fear of the Lord, where we fall down and cry out: “Holy, holy, holy are You, Lord Almighty.”
Throughout history, the medium of our worship has communicated what we truly believe about God.

Whenever we have been in seasons of faith and healthy dependence, the medium has been reverential songs and liturgies that are soaked in honesty and humility, the Psalms being a case in point.

Whenever we have taken our eyes off the mark, we have replaced these with idols that we have been able to make with our own hands, substituting vulnerability with human ingenuity. If we are to be honest, we are facing this internal tug of war in the Church today. God forbid that our skills to produce and finesse cause us to move away from the simplicity and mystery of full surrender.

Our hope with REVERE is to gently help steer the Church away from a production culture where the emphasis can, mistakenly, become a love for worship, to a reverential cultural where the focus is, clearly and firmly, a love for Christ.

“When I Say Yes” was born from the recognition that all of the best adventures in my life started the same way—from a moment when I felt the Spirit prompting or inviting me to take some leap of faith, no matter how big or small, and I said, “yes.” I’m sure you have your own stories of adventures that started the same way. – Gray

Gable Price And Friends Release “Brother Jack”

Recently signed to Capitol CMG, California-bread rock and roll band Gable Price and Friends are thrilled to release a brand new song today titled “Brother Jack,” which can be heard here. “Brother Jack” is a feel-good rock ‘n’ roll song, written by frontman Gable Price and Colony House guitarist Scottie Mills. This song carries reminders for every listener and musicality that is sure to make even a statue dance.

“‘Brother Jack’ is a letter in the form of a song,” shares Gable Price. “This song puts melody to the words of guidance and encouragement I wrote for my younger brother years prior as Jack entered his senior year of high school. This catchy, earworm of a tune emphasizes that no one is immune to life’s challenges and the trials of the human condition. But, as long as you keep your head straight, hopes up and your heart right; everything is bound to play out in your favor.”

Uptempo, feel-good, energy-laced rock and roll is a good way to describe Gable Price and Friends’ new single. With instrumentation reminiscent of early Hippo Campus and Young the Giant, paired with the driving vocals, and clever lyricism, this new tune packs a punch that’ll make you move both physically and emotionally. Click below to check out the music video for this song, which premiered on YouTube today.

Gable Price and Friends will be joining John Mark McMillan on his “Awake in the Dream” tour. The Boys are also continuing to work on the creation of their new album. See below for the tour dates and markets for the fall.
