GRAMMY Award-winning producer, songwriter, and recording artist Donald Lawrence has released a new single and music video, “In Him, There Is No Sorrow,” honoring Twinkie Clark’s beloved song with a newly-recorded performance by Yolanda Adams.

The chart-topping, legendary gospel maestro Lawrence has created this new single going out to gospel radio, teaming up with GRAMMY-winning gospel legend Adams, in celebration of the artistry of pioneering GRAMMY-winning gospel legend Twinkie Clark.

“In Him, There Is No Sorrow” marks the first single release from Donald Lawrence’s upcoming tribute album highlighting Twinkie Clark’s early solo work with reimagined covers of her songs, whose talents as part of her family’s best-selling historic gospel group The Clark Sisters – as well as her work as a solo artist – remain a trailblazing influence on gospel artists today.

In the newly-released single and video from Donald Lawrence & Co., Yolanda Adams sings a powerful, modernized version spotlighting Twinkie Clark’s incredible songwriting that’s made it a classic.

“We were thinking about what we could bring to hopefully bless the church or to bless you during this Easter season and we were reminded that we did this project a few years ago that some people know about it, and a whole lot of people don’t know about it – but it’s my favorite thing that we ever did!,” says UNITED’s Joel Houston. “We went (to Israel) without a plan and just recorded a ton of songs.

UNITED recently wrapped their multi-city co-headline Tomlin UNITED tour, performing for packed arenas in major markets around the nation. Heralded is one of the biggest Christian music tours of 2022 with 34 dates in total and a quarter million attendees.

On Wednesday, the non-profit’s co-founder and Ohio Country Music Hall of Famer, Richard Lynch announced the star-studded lineup during a Facebook live stream event.

WAYNESVILLE, OH – March 2023 — Country music singer-songwriter Richard Lynch is proud to announce the lineup for the 2023 benefit concert series for his Love Tattoo Foundation. Lynch announced the schedule during a Facebook live stream event on Wednesday.

The shows will be held at Lynch’s Keepin’ It Country Farm in Waynesville, Ohio.  Season passes and individual show tickets are available on the non-profit’s website at www.lovetattoofoundation.org.

The benefit concerts will feature a star-studded lineup including an Academy of Country Music Awards nominee, a #1 Billboard Country chart artist, a Country Music Association Awards nominee, a Grammy nominee, and a musician who has performed on the Grand Ol’ Opry stage more than 8500 times in his career.

The benefit concert series lineup: Wade Hayes (May 27^th); Dion Pride (June 17^th); The Kody Norris Show (July 8^th); Tony Booth/Dottsy (July 30^th); Tim Atwood (August 12^th); Linda Davis, Lang Scott & Bill Whyte (September 9^th); Bobby Tomberlin/Tess Frizzell (October 14^th); Richard Lynch and Friends (November 11^th). All shows will be hosted by the Richard Lynch Band.

“I’m so excited to be able to bring together some of the biggest names in traditional country music for this benefit concert series,” said Lynch. “I’m looking forward to bringing a little bit of Nashville to Ohio, while raising money and awareness for the Love Tattoo Foundation and the important work we do.”

The Love Tattoo Foundation is a non-profit organization that honors and assists American Veterans who carry mental or physical scars, from serving our country. Its mission is to raise money and awareness to help give these Veterans the opportunities they sacrificed, so we could have ours.

Named for a duet recorded by Richard lynch and Ronnie McDowell, the Love Tattoo Foundation has raised more than $150,000 since its inception.
