This song is an unscripted testimonial of my experience with God. Perfect to me here, means that God does not err in his words, a definition I got from scripture:

God never stumbles in Word, He is in perfect control of His words. He is Perfect, hallelujah! If God has spoken a word to you, hold on to it, believe it, rejoice over it, for it must come to pass.
