Red Rocks Worship Announce New Album Coming July 14 With New Single Today

It’s been two years since Red Rocks Worship released their acclaimed album, Things Of Heaven, and they are now more than ready to share new music with the world. Today, the Denver-based worship collaborative drops their latest song, “Good Plans,” along with announcing their new album, titled Ascend, which will release on July 14, 2023. A pre-order for the album also begins today.

Preparing for more than a year to create Ascend, Red Rocks Worship member Tyler Roberts shares, “For us, it’s been a year of pruning, of laying down pride and chasing God, and searching for what worship is and what it looks like to really go after the Lord and enter His gates with praise.

Every single song on the album has a story behind it that means something to all of us. We titled it Ascend, which is found right in Psalm 24, stating, Who can ascend the mountain of God, who can be in the presence of the Lord.”

“Good Plans” is the album’s first single to release. A live video for the song can be viewed below. Inspired by Psalm 23, “It became the focal point of every word that we wrote for that song,” worship leader Kory Miller explains. “I’m really excited for this song to release. It feels like a major personal revelation that turned into a corporate revelation for our church.”

Red Rocks Worship will be able to share their music live on May 19 at Night Of Worship With Red Rocks Worship in Mesa, Arizona, as well as on their album’s release day at Drylands Student Conference in Carlsbad, NM. Be sure to visit their tour page for the latest dates.

ELEVATION RHYTHM Announces New Album With Single Release

ELEVATION RHYTHM introduces a new song, “You Will Be Saved,” available at all DSPs (listen here). This song and the previously released “PRAISES,” will both appear on the sophomore album, This Is the Gospel, which will release on April 14th. The upcoming release is available for pre-add/pre-save here. The group’s new seven-track collection follows ELEVATION RHYTHM’s first full-length offering, Growing Pains. But unlike their emotionally-focused debut, This Is The Gospel is not only a work of art but a testament to faith.

“I felt this call and this responsibility to say, ‘OK, if the next generation needs a foundation for their faith, what does that foundation look like? What is the Gospel? What are the pillars? What is the truth?,” shares ELEVATION RHYTHM’s lead architect and primary producer, Josh Holiday. “I just knew this next album had to be truth-centered, and I wanted to create music that was going to be foundational for this next generation in their faith journey.”

The new track that dropped today is a straightforward opus and a simple invitation of salvation. In addition to the song being available, the live performance video is available now below.

ELEVATION RHYTHM

Holiday continues, “Knowing Jesus as a Savior is so humbling. I never want to get to a place where I feel like I don’t need saving. I never want to live that lie. This song isn’t just a salvation call for sinners. We all need to be saved. It’s for the lost — for the one — but it’s also to remind the 99, hey, don’t ever think you don’t need a Savior.”

Repentance. Salvation. Sanctification. Wrapped in timeless melodies, these essential tenets of faith are all presented in an elementary manner on This Is The Gospel with ELEVATION RHYTHM declaring: This is what we believe.

ELEVATION RHYTHM continues to hit the road this spring for Lecrae’s “The Final Church Clothes Tour” and on Elevation Nights with their sister collective Elevation Worship and their pastor Steven Furtick. You can find a full list of travel dates for ELEVATION RHYTHM here.
