VICTORY To Be Featured As Guest Supporting Artist On Lauren Daigle’s 2023 “The Kaleidoscope Tour”

Grammy Award-winning Roc Nation singer-songwriter VICTORY will be a featured guest supporting artist on two-time GRAMMY Award-winning Lauren Daigle’s highly-anticipated 2023 “The Kaleidoscope Tour.” VICTORY will join Daigle on the national US arena circuit for select dates beginning November 10 through December 9, with stops in Los AngelesSacramentoFt. WorthKnoxvilleGreeneville, and more (see below*).

On tour, VICTORY will perform songs from her recently released sophomore album, “Glory Hour,” which showcases the singer/songwriter’s distinct vocals and offers a deeply felt and earnest collection of songs that seek to uplift the soul in dark times.

Bluesy and soulful, VICTORY, who originally hails from Detroit, Michigan, brings the full measure of her talent to music that blends gospel, blues, folk, pop, and soul musical styles.  From the start of her career, VICTORY has always been about finding fresh ways to express her truth.

Though musically grounded in her unique R&B fusion style, “Glory Hour” is a bold and inspirational 18-track collection that marks her first official foray into gospel music.  Produced by Kaleb Moten, VICTORY set the tone for the stylistically eclectic album and features singles “Just Like In Heaven” and “El Shaddai”, which has garnered 1.2M views and close to half a million streams.

2023The Kaleidoscope Tour

VICTORY wrote, recorded, and co-produced the new project at The Secret Place, the New Jersey-based studio she opened in early 2020, and penned her tunes on a baby grand piano. On “Glory Hour,” the singer-songwriter plays multiple instruments, from the piano on her ballad “Glory to God”;  to acoustic guitar on “Just Like in Heaven.”

The album also includes the choir and blues-infused “Rejoice,” and classic hymns such as “His Eye is On The Sparrow,” and “Great is Thy Faithfulness.” VICTORY was accompanied by an ensemble of musicians on tracks produced by Kaleb Moten, Space Jones, and Grammy Award winner Stephen Blake Kanicka.

Says VICTORY, “My last album came out in 2018, and after five years of what felt like setbacks, I can now see that this journey was the necessary process for the cultivation of these songs. With the new album, the listener will hear of the grace of God that carried me through every test and trial. May everyone be inspired with hope listening to ‘Glory Hour.’”

VICTORY recently finished her solo “Revealed Tour,” performing in Detroit, Chicago, Seattle, Longmont, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Philadelphia, and Nashville.

Ernie Haase & Signature Sound Present ‘Live In Amsterdam: A 20th Anniversary Celebration’ on August 11

Commemorating two decades of music and ministry, multi-GRAMMY nominated Gospel leaders Ernie Haase & Signature Sound are set to bow Live in Amsterdam: A 20th Anniversary Celebration on August 11. Produced by 39-time Dove Award-winner Wayne Haun and released by StowTown Records—the genre-leading label co-founded by Haase and Haun—the project was recorded before a capacity crowd at Rafaël Evangelism Center in Amsterdam earlier this year.

“Overture,” a stirring instrumental medley of Ernie Haase & Signature Sound classics, sets the stage for a milestone recording featuring 10 fan favorites spanning the group’s iconic career.

“They’ve had more hits over the last 20 years than we could possibly include on one project, so the overture enabled us to add portions of a few more #1 singles like ‘I Thirst,’ ‘That’s Why,’ and ‘The Old Landmark,’” shares Haun, who arranged and orchestrated the piece. “When the overture started in Amsterdam, I was amazed at how the audience began singing along. It’s humbling to realize these songs’ global impact.”

liveinamsterdam20

From “Oh, What A Savior,” which Haase has performed for more than 30 years with both Signature Sound and the Cathedral Quartet; to “Get Away Jordan,” Ernie Haase & Signature Sound’s breakthrough hit, Live in Amsterdam: A 20th Anniversary Celebration also features new arrangements of such group standards as “Reason Enough,” “I Know My Savior Cares,” and the July 21 digital single “Until We Fly Away,” among others.

“Our most memorable moments are always meeting with people after shows and hearing how the songs have helped them in their faith journey,” Haase shares. “‘Jesus Changed Everything’ and ‘Sometimes I Wonder’ were songs God greatly used the night we recorded in Amsterdam. While showing us her ‘Jesus Changed Everything’ tattoo, a lady told us in broken English, ‘This song saved me from a life of deep depression.’

Another family shared that their young daughter was recently struck and killed by a car in her neighborhood. They told us how the song ‘Sometimes I Wonder’ is giving them faith and hope, and they’re even asking God for the opportunity to witness to the driver.”

“All of these songs have been very, very impactful to the ministry of Ernie Haase & Signature Sound, so we hope our listeners will love the new arrangements of songs they’ve welcomed into their lives through the years,” he adds. “We also hope young listeners will hear a work of ‘heart’ and art that encourages them to pursue their dreams as we did when we embarked on this journey 20 years ago.

Most of all, we want people to listen to these songs and the stories behind them and be inspired to share their redemption stories with others. In the end, we are overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony (Revelation 12:11). This recording is our testimony of God’s amazing grace in and through Ernie Haase & Signature Sound.”

Seven-Part Film Series ‘The Winans Family’ In The Works For The Screen

5-O Studios London and Michael Winans have uniquely researched and created a story for the “classics” –  200 plus years of Winans family history.  The story will start in year 1805.  Six generations from Gloster, Mississippi to the music city of  Detroit, Michigan.

WINANS 100 – THANKFUL”  titled the seven part series – is a dramatisation of the Winans family-line, from ancestors Louis and Ruby (great, great, great grandfather – born year 1805)  enslavement to their descendants’ liberation; their slaveowner Winans was a Reverend.

Michael Winans states. . . .

Many, many generations and more than two hundred years ago, my great, great, great grandfather was a slave living on a plantation in Gloster, Mississippi – being Louis Winans.

“He and my great great great grandmother Ruby (12 children) started our generation and journey;  their son, my great great grandfather Antonio (wife Litta – 10 children) – their son, my great grandfather Isaiah  (2nd wife Catherine – 7 children) their son, my grandfather Carvin, and my grandmother Laura Glenn (1 child); my father and mother David and Delores (Mom and Pop – 10 children).

“We are many generations of faith, and each a powerful voice in the church; a Bishop, Reverend, Elder, Pastor, Deacon. The mighty hand of God’s grace gave all of our fore-fathers of more than 200 years, a  journey of faith within the church to lighten the struggling times of the early days.”

The story begins with Louis and Ruby and their 5 children of 13 children; who are making their way from the Carolina’s to Gloster, Mississippi – by way of plantation owner Reverend Winans.

A new beginning as sharecroppers emerged for the family, one that brought on 8 more children and a family of faith and direction.

Louis and family worked toward a representation of the historical legacy, a show of work and faith of miracles.

The struggles of his family is shown in a generous and stunning style; the quality of his reverence will captivate the piously devout.  This is the crux of the drama in the early parts of the story, as the fore fathers journey through many travels before the destination of Michigan.

The film moves with solemn dignity, developing an image and impression of an spiritually devout, benevolent man. Louis Winans, who was given his surname of Winans from his sharecropper owner Reverend Winans; the film’s first generation in the story – “THANKFUL”.

The seven part series “Thankful”  is the emotional stakes of its actors as they embody the nature of the storylines and cinematography; allowing the deep emotions of the moment.

Taking inspiration from the stories being told, the music will represent the melody masters who are now carefully crafting the film’s soundtrack; using the unique musical talents of the Winans family, many friends and music artists around the globe who will help paint an award winning soundtrack canvas.

The grandeur of this music cinematic artistry is evident in the family’s known ability to compose and record “Grammy” award winning hits.

The hip-hop track is the third of several singles set to debut in the coming months from the multi-artist A New Heaven And A New Earth project that is slated to premiere in winter 2023 / 2024.

Produced by Seth Bendenbaugh (Parris Chariz), “Together” was written by Cole, who felt it was important for him to talk about unity and togetherness in this season.

togetheraaroncole

“If we all just came together, what would that look like?” asks Cole. “What does this mean for me to come together, come alongside the people around me and my community on this Earth?”

Cole shares that the interpretation of the song can be different for each listener, while also referencing that the vibe of the song is pulled from scripture (Matthew 18:20), underscoring that “where two or three come together, He is in the midst.”

Cole’s single follows the A New Heaven And A New Earth tracks from GRAMMY nominated, Dove Award-winning Building 429 lead vocalist Jason Roy, “It’s All Yours,” and “You Mean The World” from recording artist, actress and producer MŌRIAH. Each song was named on the Apple Christian Best New Songs list as well as featured on its New in Christian and Rise Up curated playlists.

Additional songs have been produced for the A New Heaven And A New Earth project by well-known Christian artists that felt led to participate, responding to the call to write and record a song on taking care of Creation. The songs, collectively covering rock, pop, hip hop, R&B, indie, folk/ Americana and more musical genres, are being released as singles monthly through November 17, 2023, with a full A New Heaven and A New Earth album slated to launch this coming winter.

Cody Carnes Releases Two New Songs With New Album Coming August 25

GRAMMY-nominated Cody Carnes releases two new songs, “Plead The Blood” and “The Dove,” from his forthcoming album, Firm Foundationwhich will release on August 25th. The album is now available for pre-order. The live performance video for “Plead The Blood” is premiering today.

The earnest prayer of petition in the song “Plead The Blood” is an anchor track that Carnes co-wrote with an all-star group of writers comprised of Chris Davenport, Brandon Lake, Pat Barrett, and Alexander Pappas. Lyrically, the singer draws a line of protection around his family, guarding against the schemes of the enemy, and even integrates a modernized version of “Nothing But The Blood” into the bridge.

Stream Below

“I think great songs for the Church are the songs that are a blend of familiar and fresh,” Carnes says of the ballad that melds both old and new. “I pray it’s a song that’s used in counseling sessions and hospital rooms and places where there’s spiritual warfare happening, where there’s a fight going on — and that it can be used as an applicator in those situations.”

“The Dove” was co-written by Carnes and his wife Kari Jobe, Austin Davis, Andrew Holt, and Joshua Silverberg.

“‘The Dove’ is a heart cry about The Holy Spirit,” shares Carnes. “It connects Genesis to John to Acts…all places we see the Holy Spirit threaded in scripture, often ‘like a dove’. These moments in scripture share a common thread of new creation and affirmation, and while writing, we found it really beautiful and profound that this same Spirit can live inside of us because of the blood of Jesus. God has invited His people into the same new creation and affirmation. My favorite lyric in the song says ‘Let the Dove of heaven rest upon the Christ in me.’”

Firm Foundation was captured last summer during a two-night live worship event at his church home base, The Belonging Co., in Nashville. The special event produced his first-ever live album, God Is Good!, which was released last year and produced his first radio No. 1 single “Ain’t Nobody.”

This month, Carnes will continue his “God Is Good!” Tour with Benjamin William Hastings followed by the Summer 2023 tour with Kari Jobe, Leeland, Bryan & Katie Torwalt, and Sean Curran. The “Blessing Tour” with Kari Jobe will pick up again this fall for the Europe and UK dates.

Hope Darst To Tour This Fall With New York Times’ Best-Selling Author Lysa Terkeurst

Transparent Productions presents New York Times’ Best-Selling author and speaker Lysa TerKeurst with Dr. Joel Muddamalle and special guest Hope Darst on the “You’re Going to Make It Tour” in November 2023.

The 11-city-tour will be an incredible one-night event full of Biblical wisdom, practical teaching and powerful worship that will be the balm for weary hearts. All tickets will be on sale by July 10th at 10 am CST.

“To the woman who is facing something hard or just feeling disconnected from God altogether…Here’s what I want you to know: You’re going to make it. You’re not going to just barely crawl into your next season,” shares Lysa TerKeurst. “

With Jesus, you’re going to rise and run into it with a smile on your face and a heart full of grace. I want to help you remember these truths on an ordinary day or even your most difficult day. That’s why I’ve created a safe space on this tour just for you.”

Everyone is facing something whether it’s everyday stresses and tensions or the realities of navigating a hard season, if we’re honest, sometimes we just feel disconnected from the Lord. Lysa TerKeurst understands this struggle. That’s why she’s creating special nights during the month of November to provide a sacred space to simply show up, soak in Truth, and be reminded that there is hope beyond what you’re facing right now.

YOURE GOING TO MAKE IT TOUR

Dr. Joel Muddamalle adds, “I think if we are honest with ourselves we’ve all wondered at some point if it’s even possible to “make it” through pain, heartache, and the instability of a world we were so certain of that feels like it’s unraveling before our very eyes. It’s at this moment we long for a trusted friend to whisper the words ‘you’re going to make it’ to our shaky hearts.

This is exactly what you will hear through practical and approachable Bible teaching from Lysa and what we will sing as anthems of truth led by Hope Darst. I’m personally excited to share how this is actually part of the central theological message of Scripture and something we can find confidence and assurance in.”

“I am so excited to go on the road with Lysa and Joel this fall,” Hope Darst shares. “I have been impacted by Lysa’s ministry and books over the years and feel so honored to partner with her for these nights. I believe they are gonna be really powerful and encouraging for everyone.”

Jesus Culture Releases “All In” From New Project

Worship Collective, Jesus Culture, will release a brand new project, Why Not Right Now?, on July 21st. Today the group drops a new song, “All In,” from the forthcoming album.

The album was recorded live in Costa Mesa, California. Why Not Right Now? is the first new project from Jesus Culture since 2020’s two-volume Church project.

Worship Collective, Jesus Culture, has released a new song, “All In,” from the forthcoming new project, Why Not Right Now?, released on July 21st. The newest song is with worship leader Brett Lee Miller and was recorded live in Costa Mesa, California. Pre-order/pre-save the album and listen to

“I had this sensation of both God promoting us to new levels while simultaneously feeling completely unqualified actually to inhabit the new territory He was calling us to,” shares Brett Lee Miller about the inspiration behind the new song. “Things were both great and seemingly impossible all at once.

I love songs that come in the opposite spirit of hardship, but I also feel like as a writer, we owe it to listeners to be brutally honest about what following Jesus actually means. I wanted this song to be an invitation to rededicate ourselves to the true beauty and cost of Christian life.”

whynotrightnow

Co-written by Miller, Chris McClarney, Patrick Mayberry, and Brenton Brown, the song was birthed out of vulnerable conversations dealing with how a yes to God can be costly, not easy, but good and dangerous all at the same time.

Miller adds, “With Jesus, death becomes a prerequisite to resurrection. Following Him is so much more than a ticket to heaven, it’s a life willingly laid down again and again. In the words of the great C.S. Lewis, Course he isn’t safe. But he’s good. He’s the King, I tell you.― The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe.”

Brett Lee Miller is a worship leader, songwriter, worship pastor, and an integral part of the Jesus Culture family. He carries a hunger to see the local church equipped for revival and is anointed to lead God’s people into His presence through passionate, respectful, and authentic worship. Brett, his wife Jessica, and their three kids live in San Diego.
