Legendary, long-running metal band STRYPER is set to return with their 12th studio album ‘When We Were Kings,’ out September 13th via Frontiers Music Srl. The band celebrates the announcement with not one but two new singles! “Loves Symphony” is a classic meets modern rock track while the more pop-leaning “Grateful” shows the band’s continued commitment to faith-based music. Both tracks are accompanied by music videos and follow up the first single “End of Days.”

STRYPER‘s current lineup includes original members Michael Sweet, Robert Sweet, and Oz Fox, along with bassist Perry Richardson, as they create what they consider their finest and most powerful music yet.

This week, two-time Dove Award-winning Christian hip-hop artist Aaron Cole announces an upcoming tour to support his latest release, Sorry, I Changed. This is Cole’s first album released under RCA Inspiration.

The 14 track LP features new arrangements of holiday classics in addition to new original music.  The album will feature guest vocals from Anne Wilson, CHPTRS and Evan Wickham. What’s wild about Christmas albums is that I’m usually recording them in the dead of summer. Singing songs like “Oh Come All Ye Faithful” with sandals and a tank top on. Yes, it’s a bit jarring, but I actually really love it. I’m reminded that the story of God sending His Son to rescue us should not be saved for sermons and conversations 1 month a year.

Singing these songs outside of the context of the holidays brings a clarity and a weight that is melting my heart. God never gave up on us. He went on a rescue mission to save what we lost. To correct what we messed up, to make weight all the wrong we made. Thank you God for your crazy relentless love!! Can’t wait to share this music with you. -Wickham

GRAMMY nominated recording artist Jeremy Camp announces his “Deeper Waters” Tour, a 17-date run that will stop in Los Angeles Phoenix, Dallas, and more. This show will include performances of songs from his recent No. 1 album ‘Deeper Waters,’ as well as many of his familiar hits that have garnered him multiple artist of the year nods and even an artist of the decade top contender spot.

Tommee Profitt, producer, songwriter, and award-winning composer for TV & Film, announces his third annual performance of THE BIRTH OF A KING – Live at the Grand Ole Opry House on December 12th.

Curb Records’ Sidewalk Prophets made their Grand Ole Opry debut this week, 7/9. While stepping onto the famous stage and performing their current single, “Hurt People (Love Will Heal Our Hearts),” the band also surprised the audience by performing “Looking Up” with American Idol Season 21 runner up, Megan Danielle. With a plaque presentation at the Grand Ole Opry, Sidewalk Prophets also celebrated the RIAA Gold Certification of “The Words I Would Say,” “You Love Me Anyway,” and “Live Like That.”

The Gospel Music Association is pleased to announce Tauren Wells will be returning as host and performer for the 55th Annual GMA Dove Awards for his second consecutive year. The GMA Dove Awards will happen live and in person on October 1, 2024 at the Allen Arena in Nashville, TN.
