Five-time GRAMMY-nominated Christian artist and songwriter Matthew West took home the Book Impact Award for his seventh book, the 30-day devotional “My Story, Your Glory,” at the 2025 K-LOVE Fan Awards.

West also captivated the audience as co-host of the evening and performed his Top 10 Christian radio hit “Unashamed.” The K-LOVE Fan Awards, which took place on Sunday, May 25 at the Grand Ole Opry, aired tonight (5/30) exclusively on TBN and TBN +.

I had to thank my mom for encouraging me years ago,” shares West. “God put it on her heart that one day I would be writing not just songs, but books to help encourage people in their faith. Here I am eight books and a K-LOVE award later being humbly reminded that God’s plan is best, and we should all listen to our moms!”

West took the stage with fellow Christian music artists Mac Powell, Jeremy Camp and Bart Millard to host the evening and lead fans through a night of worship and fun, keeping the crowd entertained from start to finish.

On May 9, West released “Growing Up & Growing Old,” an ode to his wife in celebration of 22 years of marriage. Worship Leader Lizzie Morgan Drops New Single Ahead Of Debut Album

After years of performing backup vocals with Grammy award-winning artist Lauren Daigle and ministering through powerful collaborations with Maverick City Music and global worship tours, Lizzie Morgan is stepping into the spotlight with the announcement of her debut as a solo artist.

Her first full-length project, Not My Will, a live worship album, is set to release August 22 via Provident Entertainment. The lead single, “Let the Alabaster Break,” arrives today, Friday, May 30, offering a stunning preview of what’s to come.

Recorded live in Nashville with a room full of Lizzie Morgan’s close friends and worshippers, Not My Will showcases Lizzie Morgan’s lifelong love for worship, drawing from her deep family history in the church and her youthful outlook. The album serves as a bridge between generations, honoring the richness of traditional worship while embracing the heart of the modern worshipper.

“This album is incredibly personal, filled with songs that reflect my journey with the Lord and the many ways He’s carried me through different seasons of life,” shares Morgan. “I’m so thankful to Jason Ingram and Rob Elmore for their brilliant production and for helping bring this vision to life.

I’m also deeply grateful to the many friends who co-wrote these songs with me who poured their hearts into every lyric and melody. This has truly been a labor of love, faith, and worship.”

In addition to her strong roster of co-writers, including Jason Ingram, Jonathan Stamper, Naomi Raine and Stephen and Lori Ward,  Not My Will features vocal collaborations with Provident label-mate Seph Schlueter, as well as past creative partners Ryan Ofei and Jonathan Stamper, blending diverse voices into a cohesive worship experience.

Her new single, “Let the Alabaster Break,” embodies the album’s heart for raw, reverent worship.

Lizzie Morgan shares. “There’s something both sacred and nostalgic about this song; it moves me every time I hear it. My prayer is that, as people listen, they’re reminded of the beauty and power in fully pouring themselves out at the feet of Jesus. There’s truly nothing more important we’ll ever do in this life than that.”

As a Nashville-based singer-songwriter and worship leader, Lizzie Morgan has been deeply rooted in ministry since childhood. She grew up at Celebration of Life Church in Hendersonville, TN, founded by her grandparents, where she first learned to sing and lead worship.

Trent Harmon Finds Purpose On New EP ‘SCARS & SINS’

Trent Harmon finds purpose with his first official foray into Christian music with new EP SCARS & SINS – out today across all digital and streaming platforms. The American Idol winner found mainstream success in the country spotlight with a record deal, major tours with Rascal Flatts and Dan + Shay, and his first hit single, “There’s A Girl.”

Despite the commercial milestones, Harmon often found himself pulled back to the church roots that first gave his voice meaning. The new six song EP includes sentimental, feel good tunes like “Make Her Laugh,” as well as more worship driven songs like “You’ll See My Face.” It’s a welcome shift, and one that has led to peace and a new sense of creative drive for Harmon.

“I think life is about finding your calling and purpose,” shares Harmon. “For me music has always played such an intricate part of who I am. But something was always missing. It is my faith in God that has led me to this place in my musical journey.

Through this “Scars & Sins” project I have been able to realize what’s truly important to me in my music. Building the Kingdom, spreading God’s love, and helping to save the lost is what this project is all about. I couldn’t be more excited to share it with you all now”.

SCARS & SINS Tracklisting:

1. “Scars & Sins” (Jimmy Robbins, Mozella, Trent Harmon)

2. “Beautiful Lord” (Leeland Mooring, Marc Byrd)

3. “Jealous of Angels” (Bob DiPiero, Rob Hatch, RaeLynn)

4. “Forever Home” (Ian Christian, Cassidy Lynn, Trent Harmon)

5. “You’ll See My Face” (Mark Masri, Stephan Moccio)

6. “Make Her Laugh” (Jimmy Robbins, Laura Veltz, Josh Thompson, Trent Harmon)

Earlier this month, the singer-songwriter hinted at this shift with a poignant social media post of a video he filmed after a “particularly great” show in 2018 that still left him feeling unfulfilled and with the overwhelming urge “to point a light towards heaven.” Life slowed down and priorities shifted after Harmon got married in 2020 and welcomed his first child in 2023.

Through it all, worship kept calling him back, and Harmon couldn’t shake the feeling that he was meant for something more. “I’ve reached thousands through Idol and touring, but every time I led worship, I felt fulfillment I never found on a country stage.”

Eauclaire Lands Label Home With NCS Collective As Summer Anthem “You Me The Kids” Debuts

Acclaimed alternative/indie rockers Eauclaire have signed an exclusive recording agreement with NCS Collective (NRT Music), the rapidly burgeoning label division of Nashville Christian Songwriters. The band’s highly anticipated NCS Collective debut, “You Me The Kids,” an evocatively upbeat summer anthem penned and produced by Eauclaire’s Bryant Urich, Kyle Kicker and Justin Barnett.

“Eauclaire’s signing marks a new era for NCS Collective,” says John Chisum, founder and president of Nashville Christian Songwriters. “We are uniquely positioned to partner with indie artists, offering them more creative control and the kind of label services they need to be heard above the noise.

Welcoming Eauclaire is also a natural next step in NCS’ almost decade-long relationship with Bryant Urich. He’s a great talent and a fine songwriter and producer, and I love the way he, Kyle and Justin blend iconic musical references with a current indie-rock feel.”

“You Me The Kids” finds Eauclaire mining decidedly new sonic territory as the longtime friends embrace their current station in life, exploring both the beauty and chaos of raising children and cultivating healthy marriages. From carefree family road trips to hard days at home, the track is ultimately a pledge of unwavering commitment to honor and celebrate love at every turn.

“It’s an ode to all the ups and downs, exhaustion, joy, fun, laughter and togetherness that is family,” shares Eauclaire’s Bryant Urich of “You Me The Kids.” “We’re all in a season of life where family is first, and yet we’re braving the waters of creating art that matters while staying true to our mission of loving our wives and raising our kids with commitment and intentionality. The lyrics really say it all, ‘Even on the bitter days, I can’t imagine a better way.’”

“We hope people know that they’re not alone in feeling overwhelmed in the trenches of parenthood,” Urich adds. “With little ones, it’s easy to feel like life as you knew it is over as a new sort of soul-tired weariness sets in, but it’s quite possibly the highest position of honor to be able to lead your family.”
