GRAMMY Nominated, internationally renowned artist collective Bethel Music has released the track list for their much-anticipated upcoming album, Simple. The eleven-song offering seeks to be a reminder to appreciate the little things in life despite all the noise in the world.

It also demonstrates that worship does not need to be complicated, it can be as simple as taking a moment to acknowledge and thank God for the moments we are given. Simple will be available on September 23rd and is now available for pre-save/pre-add HERE.

In addition to announcing the official track list for Simple, Bethel Music has released a second single from the album, “Tend.” The delicate track, led by Emmy Rose, speaks to God’s ability to put us through challenges to prune us and mature us in order to usher in a season of fruitfulness. Grande É O Senhor / Great Are You Lord was recorded at a REVERE gathering of worship leaders from Brazil, the US, and the UK. Originally by All Sons & Daughters, the song resonated with churches around the world and was translated into multiple languages including Portuguese.

REVERE recorded it bilingually during an unscripted night of worship with Gabi Sampaio, a worship leader from Brazil, singing her heart out alongside SEU Worship’s Brazilian American artist Robson Galvao.

This is not only a great collaboration but one that truly captures the heart behind REVERE, a collective of worship leaders and church leaders who are artists, songwriters, and content creators who live out the reverential honor of God message, and champion it worldwide.

ABOUT REVERE

REVERE is a growing movement focussing on restoring the humble and honouring nature of worship. A generation ago, Christianity went through a massive shift. The formality of corporate worship gave way to ‘intimacy’, and we were forever changed.
The ongoing work of the Spirit released us into ‘a spiritual intensity’, but our ultimate longing has always been a weighty encounter in the presence of God that is less about our contribution and more about our surrender.

REVERE is a musical journey from intimacy to intensity into the fear of the Lord, where we fall down and cry out: “Holy, holy, holy are You, Lord Almighty.”
Throughout history, the medium of our worship has communicated what we truly believe about God.

Whenever we have been in seasons of faith and healthy dependence, the medium has been reverential songs and liturgies that are soaked in honesty and humility, the Psalms being a case in point.

Whenever we have taken our eyes off the mark, we have replaced these with idols that we have been able to make with our own hands, substituting vulnerability with human ingenuity. If we are to be honest, we are facing this internal tug of war in the Church today. God forbid that our skills to produce and finesse cause us to move away from the simplicity and mystery of full surrender.

Our hope with REVERE is to gently help steer the Church away from a production culture where the emphasis can, mistakenly, become a love for worship, to a reverential cultural where the focus is, clearly and firmly, a love for Christ.

LEELAND introduce ‘Heart & Flesh’, the debut single from their new album ‘City of God’. ‘Heart & Flesh’, inspired by Psalm 84, features a haunting melody led by LEELAND and TAYA.

This is the first feature from TAYA outside of Hillsong and her own self-titled successful debut album. The new song was written by Leeland Mooring, Taya Gaukrodger, and Casey Moore and it exists to remind the People of God that He is in the middle of the chaos and upheaval in our lives.

‘Heart & Flesh’ resonates in the tension, that though we cannot always change our circumstances, we can focus on the One who can.

The new single carries the conceptual and musical core of LEELAND’s forthcoming album, introducing listeners to the fresh space in which the trailblazing Houston-based band have been living and creating for the past two years.

After two original singles announcing a new album, Outbreakband collaborate with Urban Life Worship on third release ‘Ich laufe zum Vater’, the German version of Cody Carnes’ song ‘Run To The Father’. The two German bands initially played the song during a live worship night and were so touched that they desired to bring it to life as a release.

Talking about the upcoming album, on which the new single will feature, Outbreakband worship leader Juri Friesen says, “We wanted to go back to our roots in terms of the philosophy behind this album, namely, to include translations and it was clear that this song had to be it!’ ‘Ich laufe zum Vater’ resonates with truth about God, our Father, and paints multiple pictures of His love.

Becoming a father 18 years ago, Juri shares how this experience overwhelmed him to the point of changing his whole life, “I understood for the first time what the Father must feel for me – for all his children.”

Outbreakband’s vision is to reawaken a passion for the Lord and for worship in the youth of Germany and bordering German speaking countries. Their new album is set to release on September 30th.

New Zealand worship team Equippers Worship announce the release and pre-order of their new song and album Hā (DREAM Worship). 

The song “Hā” comes out today as both a single release and as part of an instant gratification pre-order for the EP that comes out next Friday to all digital service providers.  Both the song and the album were produced by Joshua Huirua and David Darby. Hā is a worship song in Māori, the indigenous language of New Zealand.
