Sunmisola’s musical journey began at the tender age of four, marking her first public performance. Over the years, she has released impactful songs such as “B’ola” and “My Daddy, My Daddy,” the latter featuring Lawrence Oyor. Her collaborations extend to various artists, and she frequently engages in spontaneous worship sessions alongside her husband, fellow gospel singer Yinka Okeleye.

In October 2022, Sunmisola hosted a live recording concert titled “As It Is In Heaven” (AIIIH) at the Charis Event Center in Lagos State. During this event, she unveiled a reimagined version of “My Daddy, My Daddy” in collaboration with its original composer, Lawrence Oyor.
