[Music] Little Seed – Kierre Bjorn Feat. Naomi Raine
Kierre Bjorn, an international Worship Leader, Artist, and Songwriter, releases today his new single “Little Seed” featuring the Grammy Award winning Naomi Raine (Maverick City Music). Using lyrics such as, “From the very beginning, you were sowing and planting. You saw the forest and the tree, the wood that would hold a king,” the track is steeped in intention and begs the listener to pause, breathe, and reflect.
Speaking on the new single, Kierre says: “God planted a seed with the achieved intention of saving us from sin and death. All the ails of this world, from COVID-19 to war — from racism to cancer….God saw it ALL. So a decision was made. The blood of Yeshua would run down a tree, spilling over into the lineages of all people groups, giving an invitation into the family of God and victory. Death’s sting is a mirage and every grave that contains the earthly body of his children is a doorway, not a final resting place. There is a hope that cannot be shaken or changed. The price was paid. Thank you Jesus for the cross.”
Kierre has recorded and toured with many chart topping Christian artists like Tasha Cobbs Leonard, Elevation worship, Will Reagan & United Pursuit, and more. Collaboration is a passion for him as he is also an accomplished Songwriter in the Christian music industry having written songs for artists like Common Hymnal, Housefires, Maverick City Music, Bri Babineaux and a host of others. Kierre’s musical influences span across all genres of music like pop, R&B, jazz, classical, Gospel, CCM, country, and alternative.
With a diverse background in the arts, Kierre has been in numerous stage shows and has performed off-broadway as well as the Kennedy Center. He has served as a board member for youth/teens for the National Black Theater Festival and has performed numerous stage shows with that same company since he was 12 years old. Kierre studied music business with a concentration in classical voice at Winston Salem State University. He gratefully serves on the executive board of worship for the Full Gospel Baptist Church International Fellowship and has been part of the organization since 2007.
At 12 years old, he learned what it meant to be a worship leader and he’s never looked back. It was there in his childhood that his love for diversity and multicultural/multiethnic worship was birthed. Today, he stands firm on Biblical justice and remains committed to being an active participant in the reconciling of the church. With the release of “Little Seed” and more to come, Kierre continues to cement himself as one to watch for the rest of 2022 and beyond. Stay tuned for more music on its way.
