Contemporary Christian Music rising star Mary-Clair will take the stage at the sold-out sixth annual Harvest of Hope Family Concert on Saturday, September 12 at Peterson Park in Mattoon, IL. Presented by WBGL and Rural King, the event will also feature MercyMe, Tasha Layton, and Sam Wesley, marking another major live appearance in a busy year for the Nashville singer-songwriter.

“I am so excited to be performing at Harvest of Hope. This will be my first concert in Illinois, and my first time opening for MercyMe!,” Mary-Clair goes on to say, “I am so thrilled that I was asked to perform and I can’t wait to experience such an amazing event!”

The upcoming performance follows a special summer house show that brought together Nashville artists including Sam Wesley, Eli Gable, and Daniel Spriggs for an intimate evening of live music, worship, and community.

Mary-Clair is also currently working on new songs with leading CCM and Nashville songwriters while continuing to share the stories behind her music.

The momentum follows the release of her current single, “Rise Up,” featuring Curb | Word CCM Recording Artist Steven Malcolm, and her acclaimed debut album, Enough. Streaming platform Pandora added “Rise Up” to its popular Christian Workout playlist immediately upon release. Promoted by Pandora to “build strength, build endurance, build faith and hope while you do it! CCM hits with the power for any fitness quest,” the playlist has 1M listeners.

Created in conjunction with Kanakuk Kamp’s annual summer kick off Memorial Day Weekend event, “Rise Up,” this year’s event theme song, is a follow-up to the singer/songwriter’s 2025 “Kanakuk Song,” featuring Tinashe.

“‘Rise Up’ is a summertime jam to listen to by the pool or dancing with your friends. It glorifies God and gives a listener an anthem to turn up when they need encouragement,” reflected Mary-Clair, adding, “Featuring Steven Malcolm, this song is guaranteed to turn your day around!”

Mary-Clair headed to Chattanooga, TN, recently for a crowd-pleasing debut performance at the 2026 Jfest Music, Arts and Lifestyle Festival, Tennessee Valley’s largest annual Christian Music festival in Chattanooga. Among songs showcased were streaming, fan and critic favorites, “Your Love,” “Homesick,” “Heaven In the Way,” “There’s a God,” “Enough” and “Never be the Same.” Throughout the day, the multi-talented artist met with fans and fellow musicians.

“The entire Vere team is thrilled to be a part of the release of Mary-Clair’s debut project, Enough. This has truly been a labor of love, working alongside Mary-Clair’s team of management, producers, and songwriters. The support from the DSP’s, radio, and the press has been a blessing. This record is amazing!,” says Vere Music President and Founder Rusty Harmon.
