GRAMMY nominated and Stellar and GMA DOVE Award-winning Jekalyn Carr releases a brand new collaborative project, Jekalyn Carr Presents…The Inspiration Project – showcasing her A&R and Executive Producer skillset. The new project showcases Carr’s ability as a singer/songwriter and producer by introducing the world to various new artists she has collaborated with over her years spent in ministry.
The project includes artists, Emoni Wilkins, Jericho Worship, Timothy Rogers, Ashley Charisse Mackey, JD Fomby, and a brand new unplugged version of her latest single “You Carried Me.” Every song on the new project is written and produced by Jekalyn Carr and her father, Allen Carr. The dynamic six-song collection serves as a launchpad for emerging gospel artists, showcasing a rich tapestry of diverse styles and genres within gospel music.
Using Jekalyn Carr’s visionary touch, the project not only delivers powerful, soul-stirring tracks but also offers a platform for new voices to shine brightly in the gospel scene. “Wonder,” the lead single by Emoni Wilkins, is impacting radio now.

Carr recently earned two 55th GMA Dove Award nominations for Traditional Gospel Recorded Song of the Year (“I Believe God”) and Traditional Gospel Album of the Year (Jekalyn). The 55th Annual GMA Dove Awards, presented in partnership with the Cantinas Arts Foundation, will be held October 1, 2024 at the Allen Arena in Nashville, TN, and will air exclusively on TBN and TBN+ Friday, and simulcast on SiriusXM The Message, October 4, 2024 at 8pm and 10pm ET.
Carr can also be heard weekdays on Atlanta’s Praise 102.5 as the host of her midday show “Jekalyn Carr Family Affair Show.”
