Gaither Music Group and TBN have announced that Gaither Gospel Hour, the beloved gospel music series hosted by Bill and Gloria Gaither, will take over the coveted Saturday evening time slot previously held by Huckabee. The programming shift comes following former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee’s departure to serve as the U.S. ambassador to Israel.

The debut episode of Gaither Gospel Hour, airing Saturday, February 1 at 8:00 PM EST (7:00 PM CST), will feature the Sweet Hymns of Fellowship special, a powerful celebration of faith and community that unites gospel legends and contemporary artists in an extraordinary musical event.

For decades, Bill and Gloria Gaither have been at the forefront of gospel music, bringing together the most celebrated voices of the genre for unforgettable performances. Now, with Gaither Gospel Hourjoining TBN’s lineup, viewers can experience the heartwarming fellowship and timeless hymns that have made the Gaithers household names in faith-filled entertainment.

The debut episode will spotlight Sweet Hymns of Fellowship, a musical event recorded just outside Franklin, Tennessee.

Featuring gospel music legends like Sandi Patty, The Oak Ridge Boys, Jason Crabb, and the Gaither Vocal Band, alongside contemporary artists such as Selah and Joseph Habedank, the special brings together 200 voices in a moving tribute to the enduring power of hymns. Songs like “Love Lifted Me,” “I Surrender All,” and “Sweet Hour of Prayer” will stir the soul and inspire viewers to join in praise.
