“I’m absolutely thrilled that ‘Give Me Joy’ is number one on the UK Christian & Gospel Singles Chart!” shares Limebear. “Christian music has such a beautiful place in our culture. It speaks hope into everyday life, lifts our eyes beyond ourselves and points us to Jesus.
There is so much incredible Christian and Gospel music coming out of the UK right now, and I feel so grateful to be part of it. It’s a real honour to know this song is putting a spring in people’s steps up and down the country, and I’m praying it continues to bring joy!”
The achievement marks another career milestone for Limebear, whose previous successes include a five-week Billboard Christian Airplay No. 1 in 2020 as a featured artist alongside Matt Maher, a Top 40 Billboard Christian Airplay debut with “Love Song”, featuring One Sonic Society, in 2018, and a Billboard Hot Christian Songs chart appearance with “Rest On Us” in 2022.
