Today, two-time Grammy Award nominee Blessing Offor continues his year of new music with his reflective and uplifting new single “The Morning.” Written with Rita Springer and Dan Muckala, “The Morning” infuses R&B and Gospel to capture Blessing Offor’s optimistic and relatable spirit even in the darkest of moments with the reassurance that despite troubled times the sun will still rise and bring new opportunities.
“Everybody loves a good story,” shares Blessing Offor. “Especially the ones that make us feel not so alone. This song wasn’t so much written as much as it presented itself. Sitting with my cowriter Rita, we shared life stories, shared frustrations, and while we came from such different places, the stories, the feelings were all too similar.

Later this month, Blessing will perform at Today’s Jenna Bush Hager’s inaugural “Read with Jenna Book Festival” in Nashville. He will then perform at CMA Fest on June 8th, debuting some new music.
