“Mighty Name of Jesus” emphasizes the authority God’s children have in the name of Jesus. Quoting Isaiah 54:17, this song declares that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, reminding the listener that no matter what may come against them, the name of Jesus is greater.

FAITHFUL releases “Night Vision: Psalms of Rest,” the second part of a two-album project which was preceded by the release of “Daybreak: Psalms of Action.” The new album is the fruit of various influential women who are artists, songwriters, and authors coming together around the theme of rest, exploring what the Psalter has to reveal about this idea.
Though rest often conjures imagery of the nighttime and sleep, it also refers to a state of inaction where those who love God can dwell knowing that they will be cherished, protected, heard, guided, at peace, nourished, and safe. Speaking of the album and its title track, Sarah Macintosh shares, “People often [only] attribute light and daytime to God, but these Psalms remind us that there is no space or time that is outside of God.”

Earlier this summer, Darlene Zschech announced the release of a special album titled “Testament,” celebrating 30 years since her breakthrough song “Shout to the Lord.” After an introductory EP, she teases more from the awaited full-length record with a second collection, “Testament (EP 2).”
The five songs on this project combine two brand-new tracks (“Spirit of the Living God” and “Yes Again”) with reimagined versions of beloved legacy songs, as well as many features. Smith, Dustin Smith, and many more.
The opening track even features The HopeUC Nashville Choir, which emerged from the HopeUC church plant Zschech and her husband started in Australia years ago. In many ways, “Testament” is a full circle album.
