[Album] Testify – Fuhnwi

Cameroonian and Uganda based Pastor/Music minister, Denis Fuhnwi popularly known as Fuhnwi makes his entrance into the Gospel music scene with the release of his debut album “Testify”.

Fuhnwi is a passionate lover and servant of God through the grace of Jesus Christ. He has been serving in parts of East Africa since 2017 as assistant pastor, in addition to his other professional and social duties.

He has always been an avid lover of music and was officially ushered into the music ministry in Easter 2018 by the Holy Spirit who has since inspired him with a rich collection of songs.

The album “Testify” is a deep rendition of praise and worship to our God, Lord, Saviour, Uplifter, Defender, Strength, Light…. It resounds the hope and new life of glory possible through Jesus Christ even amid the storms of life. It stresses the victory we have on earth in and through Jesus Christ as we run the race of faith towards Heaven, our ultimate focus, destination, and crown.

While sharing the inspiration/Story behind his latest body of work, Fuhnwi said “On the night of the eave of Easter Sunday 2018, I was in divine fellowship receiving from God His message to deliver to his people of the church where I was fellowshipping and assisting in pastoring. God showed me a vision of Him using me to minister across the world through music and the Holy Spirit instantly gave me a song “He has resurrected me”.

Easter Sunday was so wonderful as we sang and danced from our hearts and spirits to the glory of God through the song God had given to me the previous night. After the service, the pastor urged me to go to the studio immediately and that is how the album “Testify” was born. God has been inspiring me since then through the Holy Spirit with a very vast repertoire of songs, some of which appear in the album by divine guidance.

I have personally experienced and I keep on experiencing the unspeakable and indescribable love, grace and mercy of God who gives me wondrous gifts including the miracle of salvation, the pearl of love, the gift of life, the privilege of favour and the honour of divine grace”.

The Holy-Spirit inspired album “Testify ” is a testimony of the infinite goodness of God, the immeasurable love of Jesus Christ.

[Album] Show Me What It Means – Land Of Color

Land of Color announces the release of their newest album, “Show Me What It Means,” featuring ten songs. This release comes after their recent single, “Warriors,” which has almost 1.2 million streams just on Spotify.

Land of Color is composed of South Africa native Gary Rea and Colorado-born Thomas Ewing, who were both worship leaders and solo artists who felt like the Lord brought them together to create something unique, something greater than the sum of the parts. Their different cultural and musical backgrounds have resulted in a unique sound that is a blend of African rhythms, singable melodies and tight harmonies. Audiences all over have fallen in love with their unique sound and laid back vibe.

“Land of Color offers just what their name implies: music that paints the sadly, often stagnant CCM landscape with a bold, vibrant palette that brings a sense of refreshed wonder and joy,” said Chris Llewellyn, of Rend Collective.

From those humble beginnings of two worship leaders and friends writing songs together, Land of Color burst onto the scene in 2018 when they were discovered by Tenth Avenue North and Sony/Provident. They quickly signed their first record deal with Remade Records (Tenth Avenue’s imprint label) and it was off to the races. They toured extensively in 2018 and 2019 as a support act to Tenth Avenue North, Rend Collective, Zach Williams, Unspoken and others. They were also invited to play at most of the major festivals around the country, including Spirit West Coast, Fish Fest, Creation Fest, Kingdom Bound, Joyful Noise and more.

Jeff Owen, from Tenth Avenue North and co-writer of their previous single, “Warriors,” said, “If you haven’t heard of Land of Color, they are a band with an honest and unique voice.”

The song, “Show Me What It Means,” featured on the album, showcases Land of Color’s laid back vibe mixed with a powerful message about love. If love is the most powerful force on Earth, if love changes everything, if love is all we need, and if God is love, then we should be asking this question and praying this prayer: Show me what it means to love. And that is exactly what this new single does!

Gary Rea said, “If our lives are going to be marked by love, we’re going to need some help and guidance. How do we live lives that are not merely centered around ourselves, our needs and our desires? How do we put others before ourselves? How do we help others win, even if it means that we may lose?

Additional information can be found on Land of Color’s Website. You can stream or download their new album on all major music platforms, including Apple Music and Spotify.
