GRAMMY-nominated, Dove Award-winning recording artist, worship leader, pastor and author William McDowell bless us with an amazing song titled, “I Don’t Wanna Leave,” the song is available worldwide on all digital outlet.
The song was recorded at Redemption to the Nations Church in Chattanooga, TN as part of his upcoming new live album, The Cry.
The beautiful song featured award-winning songwriter and producer Aaron Lindsey, as the song was on live, no one wanted to leave the church that night in Chattanooga, McDowell recalls, so it was appropriate that we ended with “I Don’t Wanna Leave.”
McDowell who only just inked a record deal with Integrity Music is prepping for this highly anticipated 6th Album.
American celebrated Worship Leader and Recording Artiste Pastor William McDowell inked a partnership deal with Integrity Music and disclosed release of his forthcoming new, live album.
McDowell, who currently serves as pastor of Orlando, Florida’s Deeper Fellowship Church, previously released five critically-acclaimed albums – As We Worship, Arise, Withholding Nothing, Sounds Of Revival and Sounds Of Revival: Part 2 – winning Dove and Stellar Awards and earning a GRAMMY nomination for his work. McDowell also has made numerous guest appearances on albums from artists representing a variety of music styles. His ability to cross generational, denominational, cultural and genre differences is a reflection of his heart for people and his foundational ministry training.
“I am extremely excited to partner the ministry of worship God has given me along with the emerging sound of worship and worship leaders coming out of Deeper Fellowship church, the church I have the incredibly humbling honor of serving as lead pastor,” says McDowell. “A genuine outpouring of God’s spirit is happening here, and with it comes a sound that we can’t wait to share with the world.”
