Justin Bieber’s ‘The Freedom Experience’ To Feature Kari Jobe & Tori Kelly

1DayLA is mobilizing 20,000 volunteers from across Southern California to serve the county of Los Angeles from July 18-24, culminating in ‘The Freedom Experience’ at the brand new SoFi Stadium on July 24 –  a major live concert event featuring Justin Bieber, with special performances by Chance The RapperTori Kelly, Jaden Smith, and more.

Just announced, 1DayLA is offering an exclusive “The Freedom Experience VIP Seating & Event Pass Giveaway” available to LA area radio and media outlets.  These special passes will be provided to media partners on a case-by-case basis and all local Los Angeles area broadcast outlets are open to participate.

The unprecedented movement will unite and offer communities across Los Angeles hope and help by organizing city beautification projects, back-to-school events, free medical clinics, homeless assistance, and aid distribution. Volunteers will choose a location to provide three hours minimum service on July 24 and can register at 1DayLA.com to join the team. The registration fee to support 1DayLA efforts is $29 and includes the official 1DayLA Team T-Shirt.  Sign-up here: 1DayLA.com.

Bieber was inspired to join the 1DayLA movement because of his strong and long-held belief that giving of ourselves in service to others is one of the most important things we can do. Bieber is committed to the powerful idea that a movement for change can start with individuals helping one another and their community.

The 1DayLA movement will invest tens of thousands of service hours into hundreds of L.A. County blocks, powerfully impacting its communities through hundreds of ongoing service projects. More than 10,000 individuals and 600+ organizations, including the Stand Together Foundation, which supports social entrepreneurs helping people in poverty transform their lives, have already signed on to commit their involvement — as well as much of the Hollywood/L.A. community, national and local influencers. 1DayLA volunteer team members will receive a special event pass, providing access to The Freedom Experience at SoFi Stadium.

1DayLA’s “7 Initiatives” include:

  • Initiative 1 – Transform local faith communities into serve centers.
  • Initiative 2 – Abolish $47 million in medical debt across L.A. County.
  • Initiative 3 – Give SoCal’s most vulnerable children a safe place to call home.
  • Initiative 4 – Reach, rehabilitate and restore L.A.’s inmates.
  • Initiative 5 – Lead thousands of homeless into rehabilitation programs.
  • Initiative 6 – Ignite a movement of men committed to their families.
  • Initiative 7 – Mobilize a historic team.

1DayLAs motto is simply this: “We believe that love can change a city, inspire a nation and shift the national conversation from what divides us, to what brings us all together. Together, we’ll show the nation what love can do by impacting Los Angeles with practical expressions of love and serving one another.  We want to ask a bold question, ‘what can love do?’  And not any love, but love that stretches across the lines that divide us. A love with no limits.”

Watch TOGETHER (feat. Kirk Franklin and Tori Kelly)

Lyrics:
[For King & Country:]
This is for the busted heart
This is for the question marks
This is for the outcast soul
Lost control, no one knows

Sing it for the can’t go back
Sing it for the broken past
Sing it for the just found out
Life is now upside down

If you’re looking for hope tonight
Raise your hand
If you’re feeling alone
And don’t understand
If you’re fighting
In the fight of your life
Then stand
We’re gonna make it through this
Hand in hand

If we fall
We will fall together, together

[Tori Kelly:]
This is for the second chance
This is for the new romance
Sing it for the loved in vain
Overcame, it’s not too late

[For King & Country and Tori Kelly:]
If you’re looking for hope tonight
Raise your hand
If you’re feeling alone
And don’t understand
If you’re fighting
In the fight of your life
Then stand
We’re gonna make it through this
Hand in hand

If we fall
We will fall together, together
When we rise
We will rise together, together, oh
We will rise together

[Kirk Franklin w/ Choir:]
Listen
If you’re looking for hope tonight
And you’re all alone
If you’re feeling alone tonight
Can you feel
If you’re in the fight of your life
I can promise
We’re gonna make it hand in hand

I will be by your side
By your side
Cause love is in the air tonight
Can you feel it
Come up and see the light
Whenever and wherever
Just as long as we’re together, say

[For King & Country, Tori Kelly, & Kirk Franklin w/ Choir:]
If we fall
We will fall together
I got you my brother, together
I see you my sister
When we rise
We will rise together, together
Help me say

If we fall
We will fall together
Take my hand, together
Help me stand
When we rise
We will rise together, together

[For King & Country:]
Together we are dangerous
Together with our differences
Together we are bolder
Braver, stronger

LYRICS

Just as sure lyrics
Just as sure as the sun
Sets at the end of the day
Then the darkness fades
And the clouds, they roll away
Just as sure as the hands
On the clock keep ticking away the time
And trouble on my mind
Makes it hard for joy to find

Just as sure as winter fades
And then it turns to spring
I believe deliverance, will surely come for me
Just as sure as my heart
Will someday be made anew

I know You love me
Just as I do love You
Mmmmm, just as I do love You

Just as sure as the test
Is there to make me perfect in Your eyes
It may hurt for a while
But by faith I shall survive
Just as sure as the rain
Falls on me only to make me grow
No matter how I feel
Now I live by what I know

Mmm, just as sure as trials come
To pull me close to You
In Your presence now I see
A God I never knew (A God I never knew)
Just as sure as a touch
From Your hand can turn grey skies to shades of blue
I know You love me
Just as I do love You
Just as I do love You

I love You and I trust You
‘Cause You know what’s best for me
And even though the crowd sometimes gets loud
And it’s hard to hear You speak (Hear You speak)
Just as sure as Your grace
Is faithful even when my faith I lose
I know You love me (I know You love me)
Just as I do love You

I love You and I trust You
‘Cause You know what’s best for me
Even though the crowd sometimes gets loud
And it’s hard to hear You speak, oooh
Just as sure as Your grace
Is faithful even when my faith I lose
I know You love me
Just as I do love You
Just as I do love You

I do love You, yeah, yeah, yeah
I love You (‘Cause You first loved me)
(Jesus I love You)
The nights that I cried (You loved me)
When I should’ve died (You loved me)
And that’s the reason why (I do love You)
Forever and ever, forever and ever
Forever and ever
(I do love You)
Forever is a long time
I’m giving You all my life
Jesus, I love Youuu.
Tori Kelly lyrics
