This EP featuring its very own artists, CalledOut Music, Marizu, Daphne Richardson and Makpo; includes four Christmas singles that will awaken the listener’s holiday spirit. With their varying styles and genres, they paint vivid images of warm moments, while highlighting the reason for the season – Christ. 

This EP was inspired by their dedication to putting out music of the highest quality that evokes emotions, connects hearts and changes lives. Beginning with a melodious collaboration by CalledOut Music and Daphne, and easing into an upbeat memory-inducing single by Marizu, followed by a fresh remake of Excelsis Deo; the artists engulf us in an experience we can only tag as #ChristmasWithHFP.

HFP Music announced that it has signed an exclusive deal with award winning singer/songwriter Asha Elia. The signing comes with the announcement that Asha Elia will be releasing some exciting new projects this year.

Asha Elia (pronounced Ash-uh Ell-ee-uh), originally from Bristol, is a fast emerging UK London based artist, focused on bringing a dewy, contemporary vibe to the current climate of RnB & Afrobeats.

Recognizing the need for a strong faith-based message accompanied by soft vocals, Asha began writing songs and recording music in 2017 at the age of 20. Asha describes her songwriting process as “deeply guided by God”. She instantly connected with her passionate audience through social media and her first single ‘Serve’, released in 2018, was recorded whilst she attended university in a friend’s bedroom. It has since garnered over 1 million Spotify streams.

Thriving as a self-managed independent artist, Asha released her first body of work – ‘New Woke Deal’ EP in 2020 not surprisingly, the EP was embraced by fans across the globe because of its vulnerable yet empowering narrative. The project has since amassed well over 2 million streams across platforms. By the end of 2020, its leading single – ‘Nights Like This’, was praised by DJ Target and highlighted in his ‘Best UK Talent’ list on BBC 1xtra. Other DJs from 1xtra & BBC Introducing Asha pushed even harder in 2021 as an independent artist with consistent releases and fan-favourite collaborations with the global faith-based artists including the likes of Marizu, IMRSQD and Limoblaze. By the end of 2021 she was awarded ‘StepFWD’ Female Artist of the Year and was nominated for a UK Entertainment Award as ‘Best Gospel’.

Asha signed the deal with HFP Music in February 2022 and announced it to her fans on social media in a post saying ‘Dream big and dare to follow God, every next level of your life will demand a different version of you.’ We are excited to see how far Asha Elia will take her artistry and influence in this new parntership.
