Planetshakers Releases “Wash Over Me – Live” Single & Video Ahead Of New Album

Internationally recognized praise and worship band Planetshakers releases “Wash Over Me-Live” globally today (July 5) from Venture3Media (V3M). The single will be featured on the band’s new, full-length album, Winning Team, set to release July 19.

Written and produced by Joth Hunt, “Wash Over Me” was recorded live at Planetshakers Conference 2024 in the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) and is a reminder to turn your eyes to Jesus.

Sometimes we need that reminder in our lives. When things aren’t going so great, we need to get in His presence and allow His presence to wash over us, to wash away those things that are bringing us down with the pain, the sadness,” says Hunt. “And yeah, we might not see things physically change around us, but what changes is our heart and our perspective. Singing these lyrics helps remind us.”

“It’s one of those songs that we sing every week,” adds Pastor Sam Evans. “People keep on encountering God with it. They’re just grabbing a hold of what Jesus has done and celebrating it, and then, out of that celebration, they’re seeing the miracles.”

Planetshakers’ new single follows the upbeat praise song “Delight,” the joyful, high energy “Praise On It” and the worshipful, anthemic “You Have My Heart” that were released earlier this year.

[Download] Your Word – K-Anthony Ft. Lloyd Nicks

“Your Word” was written in response to overcoming the need to rely on our own narratives. Ultimately, God is in control, and His word will outlast all others. Beyond the infectious beat, we want listeners to understand that they can trust God completely.

Their lives are safe in His hands, and they can rest assured that in the end, everything they need is found in God, and He is sufficient. No matter what tries to insert itself into the equation, the solution to the problem will always be God. -K-Anthony & Lloyd Nicks

Worship For Everyone’s New Album Aims To Create Still Worshipful Atmosphere For Families

Worship For Everyone – the all age worship movement hailing from the UK – releases a new album titled “Breathe.” Made up of Nick and Becky Drake, parents to four children themselves, Worship For Everyone has been ministering to kids in church groups and schools for years. From their extensive experience, they recognised a need for worship songs that create an atmosphere of stillness, which they offer through the ten songs on “Breathe.”

“Knowing that so many children have enjoyed our songs over the years, we wanted to create an album that would still feel familiar to our listeners, but with a totally different feel,” they share. “Breathe” is sonically spacious, creating an opportunity for families to enjoy peaceful, reflective, and meditative moments together with simple and beautiful worship.

“We hope these songs will bless every generation, creating and serving those quieter moments that we need and often long for. We hope above all that people of all ages will be able to draw comfort and sustenance from God as these songs minister to them,” they conclude.

Worship For Everyone’s new album speaks to an anxious generation, reminding them to catch their breath and slow down, but also of the Breath of God who made and restores them.

Ian Yates Releases “Welcome To The Gift Of Being Wrong” From Upcoming Project

‘Welcome to the gift of being wrong’ is the first single from Ian’s seventh album ‘Kingdom.’ This is a song about repentance, change and lament. It’s about the gift of being wrong and the joy that comes from a fundamental change in one’s life.

Yates says this new project is about the Kingdom of God and this song is about metanoia. It’s about me changing. I’m not who I was, I’ve changed, I’ve realised that things that I thought were the pinnacle of success actually weren’t. As I’ve delved into the kingdom of God, I’ve realised I’ve missed the mark, I’ve fallen short.

About the album ‘Kingdom’:

In an interview about the Psalms with Bono, Eugene Peterson says ‘we need to find a way to cuss without cussing’ That’s what this project is.

Ian teams up with producer Trevor Michael again as they mix elements of The 1975, Imagine Dragons and The War On Drugs with honest lyrics and passion. Yates is joined by former Delirious guitarist Stu G, Reuben Harsant on drums and Mark Prentice on bass.

Yates says ‘These songs were written over a 4-year period and born out a deep dive and study on the Kingdom of God. It’s sparked many conversations with people about the theme and the current state of things across the world. The album asks many questions and reveals what I believe The Kingdom to be about and how I perhaps got a lot of it wrong before. I hope these songs and my story encourages people, helps them and provokes them to ask what we’re building in life? Are we living for the Kingdom of God?
