[Music] Mbembembe – Beracah

After the success of “Ndineneko”, Malawian artist Beracah has just released the second single of his upcoming EP, a song titled, ‘Mbembembe’.

The song is a celebration of the work God has done on his life, a musical take at Isaiah 1:18 which says  “Come now, and let us reason together,” Says the LORD, “Though your sins are like scarlet, They shall be as white as snow; Though they are red like crimson, They shall be as wool.”

“Mbembembe means being made clean completely, being made whole and I celebrate that God through his son Jesus has made me whole. My sins were as red as crimson, but they shall be as wool and that’s the reality of everyone who puts his faith in Jesus.” Beracah explains.

The manifest produced single incorporates traditional Malawian upbeat drums, with a touch or RnB, a signature Beracah sound.

The audio is available for free download on all local music websites, and available for streaming on Deezer, Spotify, and Apple Music.

Beracah is an RnB gospel singer, songwriter. His passion for music stems from within his family with influences coming from his singing father Peatry green Ntodwa and his uncle Rueben Chongwe from the Makasu band. His passion is driven by his love for making music as well as his faith as a born-again Christian. As an artist, he wants to establish an uncompromised RnB soul sound blended with an African touch that will carry an impactful message. Beracah has since released 2 EP’s, “Inside Out”, and its follow up, “Inside Out Unplugged”, which has the hit songs ‘Yesu Wanga’ and ‘Chifupi Nanu’.

[Music] Living On You – Dr John Mo

“Taking a trip down memory lane and now, I see how far God has brought me and how dependable He’s been since I gave my life to Jesus. The song “Living On You” is inspired by a desperate intention to express my satisfaction as a Branch that depends and lives on Jesus – the Vine, without any regrets and recourse to any other god.

“The song is a contemporary blend of soft rock, jazz and classic melodies, which can light up a man’s spirit with a soul-touching feel. You can’t just listen and not be blessed with this tune. Thank you, Jesus!” – Dr John Mo.

The song was produced by Soji Adesola.

LIVING ON YOU – LYRICS
Written By Dr John Mo

Intro:
I serve the Lord in whom I live and breathe, My Saviour and my Father

Verse 1:
I gave my life to live your own
So make my life the fragrance of your breath
I run to you like the deer pants for the water brooks
Don’t just be close, Lord live in me
Not just my guide, please be my sight

I’m living on you
I stay with you
I trust in you
Lord I’m living on you

I’m living on you
I stay with you
I trust in you
Lord I’m living on you

Verse 2:
It’s a privilege to be your own
Your depth of love has kept me on
I’d be worse than dry bones without you
But I’m beyond measures just with you
Oh yeah.

Verse 3: (All)
I searched around no God like you
(Searched the mountains, planes and valleys, no one like you, God)
Faithful God, I depend on you
(Jesus, you’re so dependable)
I can’t go the rocky road without you
(You’ve never left me alone for once)
Your outstretched arm has kept me on (so I’ve been living on you)

Chorus (All): x4

I’m living on you
(Lord am gonna stay put with you)
I stay with you
( And I’m gonna trust you all the days of my life)
I trust in you
(Lord, I’m living on you)
I’m living on you
(Jesus, vwe kobiruo )

I’m living on you
(You found me!)
I stay with you
(You picked me!)
I trust in you
(You held me!)
I’m living on you
(Now I’m just living on you!)

I’m living on you
(I could have been swept away by the flood)
I stay with you
(but you kept me afloat)
I trust in you
(This trust won’t fade away)
I’m living on you
(I’m all in you, God)

I’m living on you
(I’m living, I’m living, I’m living on you, God)
I stay with you
(I stay , I stay, I stay with you)
I trust in you.
(Lord I’m living on you)
I’m living on you
(I’m living on you)

Bridge:
You are the vine
I’m the branch
I depend on you
I’m all in you

You are the vine
You call me the branch
I depend on you
I’m all in you

Chorus X6:
You’re the vine
(I’d never forget that touch on me)
I’m the branch
(The light you made for my way)
I depend on you
(You are everything and everything is you)
I’m all in you
(Pillar at the centre)

You’re the vine
(Anchor of my life)
I’m the branch.
(Shelter in the rain)
I depend on you
(I’m living on you)
I’m all in you

Modulation…..

You’re the vine
(You are my life and the breath)
I’m the branch
(I’m nothing without you, God)
I depend on you
(You’re my completeness, Jesus)
I’m all in you

You’re the vine
(Source that never runs dry)
I’m the branch
(Who else could I trust?)
I depend on you
(Dependable God you are)
I’m all in you
(I’m just living on you)

You’re the vine
(I’m the branch that draws)
I’m the branch
(from the vine that never runs dry)
I depend on you
(I’m still standing ’cause you are there)
I’m all in you
(‘Cause I’m your own)

You’re the vine
(I’ve found my rest in you)
I’m the branch
(You’ve been my dwelling place)
I depend on you
(I’m yours, you’re mine)
I’m all in you
(Oh yeah)

Outro :
It’s more than a connection
It’s a bond, engrafted in Jesus
to live and flourish
Thank you my sustainer

Tyscot Records Announces a New Signing Melissa Bethea, Releases New Single “You’re Coming Out”

If the voice of Melissa Bethea sounds familiar, maybe you’ve heard it on JJ Hairston & Youthful Praise tracks such as “No Holding Back” or the Top 30 hit, “You Are Worthy.”

Now, fans can hear her on her own, as the New Flavor Entertainment production duo of  Clarence Singleton and Eric Davis, and Tyscot Records have partnered to release the Newark, Jersey native’s poignant new track, “You’re Coming Out” (New Flavor Entertainment /Tyscot).

It was written by Singleton,  a seasoned songwriter and producer (Byron Cage, Marvin Sapp, Hezekiah Walker), and Davis, a producer who’s co-written a dozen of J.J. Hairston & Youthful Praise’s big radio hits such as “After This”, “Lord of All”, and “Resting on His Promise.”

“This song is my personal testimony about overcoming infertility,” Bethea says of the power ballad. “Five years into our marriage, my husband, Joseph, and I tried to have a baby. The first trimester there was no heartbeat. Then, it happened again, and I had a miscarriage. I said to myself, `Lord, why can’t I carry a child?’ Then, God told me that He’d give me a miracle in six months. Nothing happened for six months. At the end of that six months, I finally got pregnant and eventually had my daughter, Jade, who will be three years old in November. She’s, my miracle.”

Bethea feels the song will resonate with others going through hard times. “There’s so much going on right now with COVID-19,” she says. “People need to feel encouraged about coming out on the other side of this pandemic.  Those who made it through and those who are still here, you are definitely coming out strong.” Meanwhile, the talented trio is hard at work on Bethea’s first full-length album. “I believe the album will be used to encourage, uplift, and inspire,” she says. “So many people need hope because they’ve lost so much with this pandemic This is going to refresh, revive, renew, and point people to Jesus.”

Download Mp3 : Kingdom Come : Rebecca St. James Ft. For KING & COUNTRY

GRAMMY Award winner and nine-time DOVE Award winner Rebecca St. James has released the lead single from her forthcoming album, “Kingdom Come,” which features her brothers Joel and Luke Smallbone of for KING & COUNTRY.

With its driving tempo and slick production, this song combines the classic rock tone of St. James with the modern pop sonics of for KING & COUNTRY. “Kingdom Come” paints a beautiful picture of hope, healing, and redemption while exploring what God’s presence on earth can look like both now and forever. Rebecca sets out to present an opportunity for believers to live in the moment with Jesus, and beautifully portrays that message with powerful vocals from both herself and her brothers. Listen to “Kingdom Come”

“When Joel, Luke and I were writing this song we were inspired by the Lords’ prayer and the need for revival right now,” shares St. James. “I believe that there’s a desperation that is foundational to every true move of the Spirit. And our world is desperate right now! Great revivalists have said if you want to see revival, draw a circle on the floor, step into it and pray for revival to begin there. Let it start with us!”

On February 18, 2022, St. James will release her tenth studio album and first full length since 2011’s I Will Praise You. The album, also titled Kingdom Come, marks a season of growth and the knowledge that a new day will come and with it a new dawn.

[Music] Every Morning – Aaron Shust

Aaron Shust waits for the promise of the dawn in his new single, Every Morning.

Produced by Sam Hart and written by Shust, Hart, and Tony Wood, Every Morning reminds listeners that God’s mercies are new every morning.

For the Dove Award-winning artist and songwriter, the song hits close to home.

“Some days you just can’t do anything right,” Shust says. “Recently, our two oldest boys had a rough day. As we gathered silently in the living room before bedtime, tears streamed down faces that felt they had transgressed one time too many. My wife asked, “What does the Bible say about God’s mercies?” A moment later Daniel answered with hope dawning on his face, “That they’re new every morning?” He couldn’t wait to go to bed and wake up with a clean slate. The slate was already clean, but tomorrow they would feel it far more deeply.”

Inspired by personal testimonies of hope and verses in Lamentations, Every Morning encourages listeners to trust in God’s faithfulness — even in the darkest of moments.

“The author of Lamentations trusted in God’s faithfulness. Even in the middle of the blackest night, even during the most dire circumstances, he refused to forget that God’s mercies are new every morning. In the center of this somber poem beams a ray of hope that shines like a candle in a dark room. We cling to such hope and wait for the promise of the dawn,” says Shust. “When all seems bleak, we trust in God’s faithfulness.”

With the release, Shust hopes that Every Morning leaves listeners with a sense of joyful hope, even if they find themselves in a place of sorrow.

“When God created the world, He created night followed by day. There’s a poetic beauty in the fact that day follows night. No need to fear God’s rejection for yesterday’s shortcomings — His way is to forgive, to restore, and love,” he shares. “My greatest hope would be that God Himself would speak directly to a person, right where they are, while listening. That the song would be a vehicle for the Spirit to work.”

[Music] We Need You – Flourish Music

Flourish Music’s new single, We Need You, is available now on digital platforms.

The Austin, Texas-based collective, who’s heart is to equip the local church with meaningful and creative gospel-centered songs, declares the need for a Savior in their latest release.

“We Need You is an anthem of desperation. In a culture that tells us to worry, fear, be anxious and make our own way, this song is a reminder that our true hunger and thirst can only be satisfied in Christ. We need him every hour, every day, every moment,” says Jonathan Hunt of Flourish Music.

Produced by Michael Guillot and Austin Davidson, and written by Tyler Daniel, Guillot and Davidson, We Need You reflects the heart cry of a community dependent on the presence of God.

“When we surrender we give up our own desires for the sake of the Father’s desires. We don’t do this simply out of dutiful submission, but out of a desperate longing for God, for His ways, and His presence — this is what it means to hunger and thirst for the Lord,” says Hunt. “We are declaring that we are no longer in control and that His ways are better. God alone can truly satisfy. We long for that full and complete satisfaction in him.”

Flourish Music hopes We Need You will leave listeners desiring more of God and desperately craving His word and presence above all else.

“We hope that this is a song that the Church adopts as a heart cry. We hope that this song is shared among friends and family because it is a truth that we all need to be singing,” Hunt shares. “We hope that worship leaders connect personally with this song in their private times of worship and then feel called to lead it corporately. We hope that if nothing else, God is glorified, and when worshippers are at a loss for words on how to respond to the Lord, We Need You becomes a memorable anthem for their lives.”
