After their recent international EP ‘One Name’ highlighting powerful songs from around the world, Selah release ‘Glória E Aleluia’ featuring Brazilian worship leader Gabriel Guedes. The trio introduced an English version of the song a few months back and now present it in its original language, Portuguese. This version of ‘Glória E Aleluia’ shows Selah’s heart for nations as well as their ability to embrace new expressions of worship.

The single was written by Gabriel Guedes and Mark Alan Schoolmeesters in 2020 and their new version joins Selah’s Amy Perry’s powerful vocals to Gabriel’s emotive performance on an expansive sound bed of strings and pads. Selah have always had both an international story and a large worldwide following, giving the seasoned band a strong foundation for their newest musical exploration.

Grammy-Award winning artist Chris Tomlin is set to release a new full-length worship project, ALWAYS, on September 9th. Today (Aug 12), Tomlin releases one of the new tracks titled “O Lord You’re Beautiful” featuring Steffany Gretzinger. The official lyric video can be viewed below. ALWAYS contains 13-tracks, 12 of which were co written by Chris, including the title-track which was released to Christian radio in May. Chris performed the song live for the first time on the “Tomlin UNITED tour” (a Pollstar Top 10 Worldwide tour) this spring and was inspired by Hebrews 13:8, “Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever.” The song’s official live video was filmed during Chris’ annual “Good Friday Nashville” concert and premiered exclusively with Facebook.  Featured guests on ALWAYS include Elevation Worship, Brandon Lake, and Steffany Gretzinger. The project was produced by Ben Glover, Bryan Fowler, Ed Cash, Jeff Sojka, Jonathan Smith and Dave Haywood of Lady A who co-produced “The Answer” alongside Ben West.

“These songs were written with the intention of helping people connect with God,” shared Chris. “And already throughout just the beginning of this process, with the songwriters, our families and friends, and the incredible team that helps bring these songs to the world, I have started to see God take these songs and impact hearts and lives. My prayer is that god continues to take this music and use it in ways I could have never imagined… in ways only He could and in that, points the glory back to Him.”

The album follows Tomlin’s highly successful projects Chris Tomlin & Friends, released in 2020 and Chris Tomlin & Friends: Summer EP released in 2021.

Lathan Warlick, the genre-bending artist, rapper, songwriter, and viral music sensation, releases his EP, Let’s Be Honest, today (August 12). Click HERE to download/stream the new collection.

Signing to the label RECORDS in 2020, a joint venture with Sony Music, Warlick has been releasing music for years, making a name for himself through collaborations within various genres. His debut EP, 2020’s My Way, showcased duets with country artists such as Tyler Hubbard (FGL), Lauren Alaina, Russell Dickerson, and RaeLynn, while he has shared the stage with Kirk Franklin, Morgan Wallen, Jimmie Allen, Nelly, BRELAND, among others.

RCA Inspiration celebrates nine Dove Award nominations for song and album releases over the past year. This year’s 53rd Annual GMA Dove Awards will take place in October, with the nominations honoring releases from DOE (Life Room Label/RCA Inspiration), Travis Greene, Mali Music (K Approved Enterprises/RCA Inspiration), Koryn Hawthorne, and Kevin Lemons & Higher Calling (HezHouse Entertainment/RCA Inspiration).

The nominations span five categories: New Artist of the Year, Contemporary Gospel Recorded Song of the Year, Gospel Worship Recorded Song of the Year, Contemporary Gospel Album of the Year, and Traditional Gospel Album of the Year, with six nods across the two Contemporary Gospel categories.

Separately, DOE garnered a nomination for Gospel Worship Recorded Song of the Year on the track “Breathe” released from Maverick City Music (feat. Chandler Moore, Jonathan McReynolds, DOE), that she was a co-writer on.
