It’s all about hope for humanity as this new theme song releases across the globe this summer. International Spiritual Soul artist and radio host, Hope Sheree released the concept music video for “Have Hope 2.0” on Friday, July 9th with a virtual reveal.

In weeks since the video release, Hope Sheree has had the opportunity to travel to Washington, DC to minister a motivational moment at a secular event to incite a wave of Hope. This legendary event was at the cultural landmark, Ben’s Chili Bowl! In attendance, was Mayor Muriel Bowser, Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes, Cora Masters Barry, of course, Virginia Ali the owner of the popular restaurant chain. Also, there were Go-Go kings DJ Cool, Sugar Bear from EU, and so much more! In speaking of the event, Hope says, “Here I am singing Have Hope 2.0 in a crowd of legends and graceful congresswomen! To see people dancing in the crowded streets and to have homeless people come to you and say thank you…was everything!” The event was managed by the nonprofit; Pep Rally for Peace in the Streets founder Gary Clark, Sr. who feels the song is very needed during this time.

This A Dose of Hope Radio theme song is exclusively available on A Dose of Hope .org as 50% of the proceeds will go to creating acts of kindness throughout the globe. A Go Fund Me has also been set up to support the cause. A cause in which kindness creates a ripple effect of HOPE!

The video was recorded in Hampton Roads, Virginia by Footage by Fame and features many of today’s hot topics. From financial woes to police brutality, to homeless veterans; it shows some of what we as a world have to face. It INSISTS that in the midst of all the negative, one must still continue to Have Hope that our world can and will get better! The song was written by Hope Sheree, while Charlottes’ Michael Shaw rendered the acoustic guitar.  It was produced, mixed, and mastered in Rocky Mount, NC by Ray Braswell Jr. / RayMarkable Studios for ADOH Marketing, LLC. A later release is scheduled in a licensing venture with the JF Kelly Collection – Volume One.

Artist on the rise Riley Clemmons will debut a performance of her latest single “Headspace” at the “Back to Amy” benefit presented by The Recording Academy MusiCares and The Amy Winehouse Foundation. The benefit celebrates Amy’s legacy on the 10^th anniversary of her passing with music from her early years performed by emerging artists. All proceeds benefit Mental Health Awareness and a mission to remove the stigma associated with mental illness. “Back To Amy” will stream live on Mandolin and simulcast on Qello on smart TVs. In addition to the “Back to Amy” performance, Riley has released the official music video for “Headspace.” Filmed over the course of two days in LA, she enlisted the help of director Sebastian Sdaigui (24kGOLDN & Ian Dior, 2 Chainz x Ariana Grande) to create a whimsical journey to rediscover the confidence to be herself, on her own terms. Riley begins alone in a dimly lit house, encounters neighbors from all walks of life as she dances through the street and makes her way to a bus filled with tapestries of blooming flowers. Throughout the video, Riley weaves a story of self-confidence and love, cheering on those around her and encouraging everyone to blossom and grow in their own way. “I’m really excited for people to see this video, it’s one of my favorite projects that we’ve been able to do,” says Riley. “This was honestly one of the most incredible creative processes I’ve been a part of. Watching Sebastian, the director of the video, take this song and transform it into a piece of visual art was beautiful and made this such a wonderful collaboration. I hope it reminds people the power of where we choose to put our headspace and who we choose to give our headspace to.”

Danny Gokey told People.com, “Many people know me from who I was on American Idol, but I wanted to write a song and film a video in such a way that it showed people that this is the other side of my story that a lot of people don’t know. You think about where I was in 2009 and where I am now, I have lost a spouse and went on American Idol and lost my music career and restarted my music career and got married and had kids…”

Singer, songwriter, and motivational speaker, Olubunmi Oduntan, popularly known as “Bunmi Praise” has released the music video of her first trending single titled ‘Elohim Adonai‘.

The song is Bunmi‘s personal testimony of a true life experience on how God rescued her from the den of death and robbery.

The singer had earlier released a short video titled ‘My Story‘ which narrates the full experience that led to the writing of this song.

In an extract from the singer’s account of her story, she wrote;

“As I opened the car for them, they took over the wheels and pushed me to the back seat with three of them in the car; one of them drove, another sat beside the driver and the last person sat beside me with a gun pointed at me. After snatching the car and having me in the car, they took off and snatched another car from a man, shot him and sped off – at that instance, I knew I was in between life and death…

This is my story and what brought about the Song “Elohim Adonai”- even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,  I shall fear no evil for thou art with me.”

Last month, Lakewood Music, the music team at the Houston-based 50,000-member church pastored by Joel Osteen, made its debut under a new multi-year distribution and publishing administration agreement with Re:Think/Capitol CMG (a Universal Music Group company) with the release of “In the Name” (featuring Kim Walker-Smith).

Lakewood Music drops its second live track,  “I’ve Got A Fire” featuring Tauren Wells. The first full-length album under the freshly minted deal, Whatever May Come, releases August 27, 2021.

Five-time GRAMMY-nominated, eight-time Dove Award-winning Brandon Heath releases “Human Nature” marking the first single from his exclusive, worldwide recording and publishing contract with Centricity Music. Available at digital and streaming outlets everywhere, the song goes for radio adds Aug. 13.

In just over three minutes, Heath explores in the timely track what happens when God’s sovereignty collides with our humanity.

“It’s about the brokenness we experience through separation,” Heath says of the song he wrote with Paul Duncan and Christian Hale. “When the Savior meets human nature, He redeems it all. We were made to be with God, and we’re made to be with each other. We’re not supposed to be alone.”

Heath says fatherhood has altered his viewpoint on the necessity of relationship and the way the Father loves us. “For me, sometimes I feel like such a burden to myself and to God, but my perspective’s changed as a dad. My girls, they’re my babies. I will step into the burden of parenting because I want to,” he shares. “So it was important for me to remind myself that I’m not God’s problem; I’m His child.”

Like many of his most recent songwriting ideas, the seeds of “Human Nature” were planted in Heath’s backyard—a place where he’s spent a good portion of time over the past year thinking, praying and mowing his steep plot of land that includes a small creek, a play set for his young daughters and a fire pit for the men’s group that meets at his house. Essentially, his backyard is the place where his next album, due in 2022, has grown.

Newly signed to both Centricity Music and Centricity Publishing, Heath is opening a fresh chapter. Not only is he partnering with a new label, but he’s collaborating with songwriters he’s never written with before and producers he hasn’t previously worked with. While almost everything in this season is different, one thing hasn’t changed, and that’s Heath’s uncanny ability to craft a song.

After releasing two songs already since their official debut, GEMS are here once again for a third release this year 2021.

The group made their debut early in the year with their single “My Praise”, and followed up with a second release titled “The Greatest”, which was their previous release in April.

They have a new single release titled “Wayo” and it features the lead voices of band members Uchay Davis and Princess Abiola. This song tells a story of the world, the deception that lies therein and the hope we have in Christ.

Everyone of GEMS’ song releases so far have come out with music videos and this new single is no different. It brings the lyrics of the song to life visually and with very captivating scenes.
